It's been a long time since I watched either fight so they may not be great choices but:

Rafael Ruelas dropped twice in the opening round against Pendleton. He came back to win the decision and title.

Joey Gamache vs Tony "The Tiger" Lopez. Gamache was so flashy in the first few rounds and the difference in speed looked ridiculous. It looked like Lopez would be overwhelmed but he withstood the flurries and just started busting Gamache up mid rounds before wearing him down and taking him out.

The Lopez/Gamache fight is a great example.

I feel like Calzaghe/Hopkins sort of qualifies. Hopkins knocks him down in the first. But after that, Calzaghe slowly starts to take over. Maybe a stretch.

Taylor - Froch. The farmer needed a KO to keep his title going into the last round with open scoring, after being blitzed for five rounds including a first ever KD. He got it.

But the winning answer to the thread is Eubanks - Watson 2.

IIRC, there was a big turnaround in Juan Estrada's title win over Brian Viloria. Viloria was fighting well and probably ahead until the halfway point, then he just seemed to gas and Estrada overwhelmed him down the stretch.

    Eubank-Watson is up there.

Watson was right on the verge of stopping Eubank until Chris landed that hailmary uppercut
