Chris Byrd, who's accomplished as much as Cotto has as a fighter.

I think Vitali taking on Lewis on 10 days notice and fighting thru the cuts and the uppercuts instead of curling into a ball and crying for his wifes velvety buzzoms is worth a lot.

Lennox had the SAME Amount of Notice, Dude, which is why he Came in at a CAREER HIGH Weight...

Cotto's Now Fought Floyd AND Pacquiao, which TRUMPS the Lennox Fight...Curling into a Ball Isn't anyWorse than QUITTING on your Stool, w/ 1 or 2 Rounds Remaining in a Fight U're EASILY Winning...

Cotto was ahead in the Margarito fight.

And Cotto barely won a minute of the Pac fight.

    Vitali fought bloodied.

    Cotto quit.

Now..don't make me say anything more derogatory about Cotto. You know I like him :nono:

Yeah, I was. I figured someone had to have the Klitschko's back in this. Cotto is probably the greater fighter, it ain't by much though.

And we all know what RAHMAN did to a younger but similarly prepared Lennox Lewis...sadly Vitaly couldn't repeat it...

    Huh???...

Cotto Looked like a Horror Flick Victim in the Margarita Fight...Very Few have Bled as Severely & from as Many Different Holes in their Face, as Cotto did in that Bout...By Comparison, Vitali Barely Broke a Fucking SWEAT vs. Byrd, who Posed ZERO Threat to him, yet Vitali WILLINGLY Gave him Undefeated Record AND World Title Away...

Cotto was Getting Shitkicked by a Guy w/Loaded Wraps...Vitali was Facing a Guy w/MalinaggiESQUE "Power"...Night & Day Difference...

& from Recollection, Cotto Actually WON the 1st or 2nd Round of the Pac Fight...

    Tiocfaidh ar la??

While Vitali's comp has been largely trash, he has treated them that way, beating them up, kicking their asses from pillar to post. Against some similar very low level guys, Cotto has struggled and even been hurt. He has never been dominant. I rank both over Wlad. Still, it seems obvious to me that Vitali is hands down the best of these three men by a long way. He has treated his opponents like pieces of shit for him to step on, completely dominant. Cotto is a solid fighter, but nothing remarkable.

That's like 3-4 rounds less than he won vs Mayweather.

It's really a shitty poll with a shitty original post, REED.

There are different answers to the various questions.

In all honesty, if they were the same size Cotto would get stopped.

    No way...

Obviously you have to magnify his power and his boxing intelligence is good..

WLAd IMO is a good boxer but folds under pressure

Vitalie is a sloppy German robot

Miguel does have the better resume, but he has not been as dominant. Vitali, although has faced weaker opposition, has run through everyone. Vitali has never even touched the canvas and his only losses are a result of injury. Kind of tough to gauge but id have to go with Vitaly due to his dominance in fights, particularly at an advanced age.

If Cotto was in a division filled with Michael Jennings and Yuri Foreman's he would also be dominating....and lets not forget the height and weight advantage....
