Might as well post Roy vs Glen Johnson and say Darius would win, man.

See this is basically what I mean. He's just right there pressuring and pressuring punching range until he either gets his shots in or gets KOd. 7-8/10 RJJ brutally plasters him and knocks him out......but Darius is easily the sharpest, most accurate puncher on the list AND the most willing to come through fire to land them. Definitely the most dangerous guy in the poll options (and would still be if Benn was included). Soon after the clip you posted Griffin wilts.....

Sure, I'm just saying, this is my favourite Boofski fight. I like Tiozzo and don't like Boofski :kidcool:

As it happens though I don't recall anyone saying Dariusz was shot or anything after stopping Hall and Harmon before losing his next fight.

He was 35 with a pretty grueling, face first style though it'd be weird if he hadn't declined quite allot. I'm surprised he stayed undefeated as long as he did.

Prime Dariusz must've been a horrid guy to fight.....There's hardly even clinching or inside work to take a breather he's just right there standing in punching range relentlessly demanding you do something. :scared:

I guess so. Looking at ILLU's links though, I just don't see what you see. He's no bum, but he's a pretty basic pressure fighter. I honestly think a Jones - Boofski fight would have been horrifically one sided.

I think it would have been Pacquiao - Plasterito, basically.

Well yeah the most likely outcome is Roy would absolutely plaster him and KO him. It'd be brutal. Dariusz just has the best chance of 'getting lucky' coz he'd buy himself a lottery ticket every moment of every round. Plus he was the sharpest puncher with the most punch variety, too.

OK sure, it's just you said "I don't think it would be 1 sided at all", rather than Dariusz had a better chance of landing something good etc.

When I look at them both fight, I can't see anything but a Pacquiao - Plasterito type outcome really.

Also - in the face of the ridiculous speed, timing and accuracy of a Jones or Pacquiao, who WOULDN'T be discouraged? As gutsy and tough as Plasterito was, even his punch output dropped dramatically against Pacquiao. It would surely be the same for Boofski, after getting blasted with enough sharp, hard counters he doesn't even see coming.

    :lol:I say allot of things.

Nah....I guess i mean it might be 'one sided' in terms of punches landed and Roy might even KHTFO but he'd have to fight in a very high gear. So one sided or not it wouldn't be easy. I mean for me Jones-Toney isn't one sided because Roy's walking a tightrope for 36 minutes. He walks the tightrope, basically without a wobble but 'one sided' doesn't capture whats going on in the ring.

Also Dariusz is a way more accurate and varied puncher than Plasterino i think in my mind. He's a sharp shooter, not a wader.
