Some big old results taenight - Man City 7 Schalke 0 and Ronaldo turning aroond the 2-0 loss ba scoring a hat trick and helping Juve beat Real Madrid 3 nil. He may be a greasy haired devil but that’s pretty legendary stuff, like.

Liverpool midfielder James Milner: "It was a good result. We didn't play our best but it is about defending well and getting three points."

How does he not get how cup football works?

That was one of the best European performances I've seen from a Liverpool team, considering the quality of the opposition

It's weird how Norwich were the only British side to beat Bayern away for all those years they were at the Olympic Stadium but since they've moved to the Allianz Arena they've lost a fair few now, even Bolton managed to get a draw there.

Not the CL draw that I wanted, to be honest.

I needed really Man United to be colliding with Man City.

Tottenham won't do anything. They won't weaken City, it will be over after the first leg.

Barcelona are open to selling Philippe Coutinho should they receive a bid upwards of £90 million.
