They'll give Canelo that round but Bivol seemed to be taking a bit of breather. When he did engage it bothered Canelo.

Bivol not really "working" the body but every once in a while he pops a jab downstairs and Canelo doesn't like it. Alvarez upping the aggression and getting closer.

Canelo is letting Bivol sit in the perfect range. He needs to smother him. Dumb strategy trying to counter, get on the front foot like a fucking Mexican.

    97-93 Bivol

Bivol round. He outworked and outlanded Canelo. That sharp right hand was eye catching.

Canelo also making the gap worse based on the lack of his own.

Canelo is so average that it hurts to watch boxing and see him in the top p4p lists. I still thought he was better than Bivol but I guess not.

I agree because people in this very forum said Bivol couldn't get a decision. Bivol beat him fair and square. I called it I knew this was the wrong style for Canelo.

Canelo decides to speak Spanish this time to make up for his lack of Mexican-style fighting which could have won him the fight.

    So he lose>? GOOD...

Canelo should be fighting between 160-168...fighting the best of the best from that division Plant, Smith, Yidiwhatever are NOT IT...

I never understood why he keep moving up fighting AVERAGE fighters....how many PPV/DAZN whatever...how are his sell rate for his fights?? It can't be taht good...Mejicans I know and who still follow boxing don't really care for CANELO at all not since his Floyd, Cotto, GGG fights...

Is it fair to say that Canelo got beaten like a red-headed stepchild?
