    What does that mean, exactly?

That you'd predict "ALOT of those Guys" to beat him?

Kessler absolutely battered Andrade, whereas Bute used his cuteness and his nous to outbox Andrade, until he ran out of gas to run and got sparked.

Miranda NEVER catches any decent fighters flush...I'll accept that I have an irrational dislike of Miranda BUT he just beats mooks and loses handily everytime he steps up. Miranda-Kessler would be Pavlik-Miranda all over again IMHO.

Bika is a tough fight for anyone, but he doesn't have enough power to discourage Mikkel and not enough finesse either to outbox him.

Taylor looks improved against LACY, which isn't saying much. that said, he's the most likely of that list to beat Mikkel I should imagine.

Dirrell and Ward are not good enough yet, and by the time they are, Mikkel will likely be gone.

Green just doesn't fight often enough to pick him with any confidence against Kessler.

Don't misunderstand me; some of the guys you listed would give Kessler a fight. I'm not saying they wouldn't. But he'd start a clear betting favourite against any of them, and beats them all if he was scheduled to fight any of them tomorrow IMHO.

    Agreed with this whole post.

Taylor is Kessler's biggest threat, but JT will be stopped IMO.

I'd be pretty interested in seeing Taylor-Bute first though. I'm not even sure JT would beat Lucian.

There's a lot of decent supermiddles, but not many excellent ones.

I don't even like Kessler much, but he already beat 2 of the best with ease, won almost every round - Andrade and Mundine.

Out of that list, the only one with a realistic chance against Kessler is Taylor. That would be a close fight.

whether it's justified or not, i think it was his rather easy win over Andrade.

and you can see with your own eyes that he's technically very sound, punches hard, and has good stamina.

    B-talk:

I guess a fight with Wright or Kessler may be too much to ask from Taylor.

If this is true, then :bears: to HBO.

i know dibella hates winky, but if he's smart, he should make that rematch ASAP.

winky would be fighting above his best weight and would also be coming off a long ass layoff. taylor should beat him convincingly.

taylor should never fight kessler. that's a guaranteed 'L'

There is no reason to applaud.

Froch makes for a much better fight than Winky. He´s young. He´s a champion. He has actually fought in the last 15 months. It´s not out of the question that Froch is a better fighter than the old, inactive, looked like crap at 170 pounds version of Winky.

Taylor has fought everybody people asked him to fight in the last three years, and Froch is a good fighter. The fight would even be significantly cheaper for HBO. If you ask me it´s them, who have no clue what´s going on in boxing, therefore Wladimir against Hasbeen was on HBO, while Versus had a real fight. HBO is a large part of the problem, cause they can´t recognize a good fight, when it hits them in the head.

I was cheering the fact that Taylor may no longer be an HBO-exclusive fighter.

HBO should've cut the list down to one...Kessler.

WTF!?.. what was wrong with Froch - Taylor,.. Oh, they see that as a rightful mismatch, ok, well yes that is true, but it could make for an entertaining crack down.

:nono: I dont believe Kessler is a guaranteed loss for Taylor at all,..I mean, I like Mikkel, but he doesn't appear to be maluable when it comes to that upright European style, it's a perfected style, and he'll never change it, and Taylor will exploit that and slip/counterpunch those straight prods.
