Arreola needs to be removed from any serious top ten. Have to give the Klitschko and Adamek credit, they recognize shit. That were some smart moves to pick on Arreola.

Arreola finished the fight with a strong round, but he should never be back on HBO.

He should stick to ESPN2 fighting other limited guys like Quezada.

Wow. Arreola has to be one of the sloppiest punchers I have ever seen.

Arreola's relationship with the top 10 has more to do with demographics, and HBO's recognizance of demographics, than anything else.

The simple reality is that Mexican fighters sell to Mexicans, and there are enough of Mexicans to make that a viable economic pursuit.

Arreola is a tough guy with a good chin, good heart and decent power. Unfortunately he just doesn't live the life of a fighter outside the ring.

There have been many worse heavyweight title debut's than his versus Vitali, but his response to losing has not involved correcting any of his vices, and that is disappointing.

What a garbage fight. Arreola is awful...a walking heavybag. Luckily for him, he was matched up against someone even worse last night.

Quezada is a tiny heavyweight. He already lost to somebody called Jason. Not the Argonauts guy, someone else.

My DVR crapped out on me after the 7th round or so, because of the tennis earlier. Either that or it was pissed off at me because I was watching the fight in Wide Zoom and couldn't handle the extra weight on screen.

Guess I didn't miss much. :shit:

Yeah, it had a late start...came on about an hour afterwards...when there's live programming (like tennis) before FNF, you almost have to set it for an hour after it's scheduled ending in order to be sure you're taping it all.

Although I can see a DVR screaming "Game Over" midway through that one...it's a credit to my low opinion of Arreola and even lower expectations of the fight that I made it 12 rounds.
