Cold hands and feet can be a side effect of certain heart medications. Beta blockers, usually perscribed for irregular heartbeat.

In Asia it's more acceptable than in Western culture to walk with your arm around a good friend, or even grab their hands when you meet them.

Also there are way more women hypochondriacs (sp?). I see female patients all the time with medication lists that look like the unedited version of War and Peace and they aren't ashamed of it. They almost feel like they deserve sympathy for having so many things wrong with them. They should be embarrassed for being the domesticated version of a crackhead, just addicted to perscription drugs.
