What rules? If you want to get technical about it, REED took a picture he knowingly didn't have any rights to, and posted it without my permission. In some states, depending on where the picture is posted, I could sue him for libel.

But the greater point is, REED is over here calling me "balut breath" "lil flip bitch", and "slant eyed dog eating fuck" and not one mod has done anything about it when clearly, racism is supposed to be against the rules here.

Does not anyone see the hyprocrisy in that? REED should have been banned a long time ago, but he's been protected here by shitty and biased moderation. I think for all the crap REED has posted here, him losing his photobucket account is justified.

I gave permission to various professional organizations to use those pictures as my profile pictures for conferences I was speaking at. One of the ones you posted was off the ESA website. The other one was from an IGDA talk I gave in 2008. The other one you stole from a Facebook thumbnail.

If you want to get technical about it, I could do "shit" to you. I could ask this website, or the host to get your IP address to me at the threat of being shut down for using my image without permission (I have intellectual rights to my own image). Once they traced down who the fuck you were, I could sue you for libel, and probably sell the shitty barrio shack you live in for $2500 for new wheels on my BMW.

But the reason I haven't gone that route is because you don't even register on my radar. You're a sad piece of shit who spends most of his day uploading porn to MegaUpload.com wishing that one day a woman might touch you in the way you see them touch those porn actors.
