    Nah...

The Sanctioning Bodies NEVER Recognize Beltholders from Other Organizations, Meaning, U'll NEVER see Cotto Ranked N the WBC or Floyd Ranked N the WBA...

Cotto or Floyd would have to DROP their Belts to B Ranked by the Rival Organization...

    SAD, yet TRUE...

I'm with ya. I know some guys my age whose favorite fighter is Jack Dempsey. What they're basing that on is beyond me.

w/All Due Respect to "the KING of Round by Rounds", it's Time to Put YOU on the Spot, Brother ILLUMINATI...

As YOU know, REED has Been a Card Carrying Member of the Miguel Cotto Bandwagon Since the Victoriano Sosa Fight...As YOU Also Know, REED has Made it CLEAR that Floyd NEEDS to Fight the Cotto-Margarita Winner, to Maintain REED's Fandom...

REED is Also on Record FAVORING Cotto to Win, the Looooooooonger it Takes for Floyd-Cotto to Transpire...

But REED is Noticing YOUR Level of Posts Becoming More & MORE Anti-Mayweather...NOW, U've Dedicated a Sig to Floyd & U Speak as if U Think he WON'T Face Cotto EVER...

ALL of that is WELL w/in YOUR Rights, but REED is DYING to Know a Couple Things...

    1. Who's More PROVEN, Floyd or Cotto???...
    2. Is it MORE Important that Floyd Make the Fight Happen or Cotto???...N Other Words, if Cotto Sits Back & Continues to CASUALLY Say he'd Fight Floyd, is that Good Enough for U???...Will U THEN Blame Floyd, if the Fight NEVER Happens????

OR, Do U Think Cotto NEEDS the Fight More & Therefore Should PURSUE a Floyd Fight More AGGRESSIVELY???...

There's NO Right or Wrong Answer, REED is just CURIOUS, Dog...

Margarito will bust Cotto's bald skull, then a trophy, "the golden spine" will be awarded to you, for being the ultimate Turkey-flap of the year :crafty: .

    1. Mayweather

    2. It seem that Floyd is the one in control he says who he wants to fight and who he doesn't. Cotto just has to keep doing what he is doing cleaning out the division, Quintana,Judah,Mosley,Margarito 3 of 'em top 5 Welter at the moment, Judah top 10. Cotto is fighting some of the guys that Mayweather should have face. I'm with you i think the fight will happen in 2009, but I believe Mayweather is hoping that Margarito beats Cotto so he doesn't have to face him. NOT because of fear but because maybe Maywether is finally in a comfortable position where he wants to do as less as possible and still get paid. A fight vs. Pacquiao, would Mayweather even have to train for that? maybe 2-3 weeks...light duty...Will I BLAME FLOYD if the fight is not made?? HE WILL share on the blame with Miguel, but if Cotto has the career i think he will have the Mayweather fight won't be as important....but again I THINK the fight will HAPPEN in 2009. Mayweather will need money and the biggest fight for him will be COTTO.....

It doesn't matter when he came along. What matters is that there is competition for him to fight right now and he's not doing that. He's handpicking bums and tiny men like Gatti and Hatton. The last time Hatton came up to 147, he was almost buried by Collazzo. He had no business up there cause all that bearhugging/wrestling sh*t doesn't work for him. He fought Judah who got raped by some bum named Baldomir prior.
What's he proven at 147? What's he proven at 154? That he can beat shot old men and bums?
What wars has he had? He looked like sh*t against a shot old man in DLH, scraping by with some tip tap sh*t in a boring fight.

Cotto will have a skull full of hair......he might have the dominican curls like he did for the Sosa fight...or the cornrows he sported for the N'dou fight...

Because when these guys were at the forefront some years back, little punks like Floyd never talked so much sh*t. Now that all the stars are passing on, this dude goes around talking like he's the best ever even though he doesn't have the resume to truly claim this. Hopping from one division to the next and doing squat. Fighting bums, headcases and little guys like Gatti, Judah, Mitchell, and Hatton. Belts don't make a true champion.
It's gonna be grand when this clown's world comes crashing down!:crafty: Half the fans on this board will commit suicide.

:nono: Uh, midget divisions that Fraud has no chance in hell of participating in ever again, are irrelevant when Fraud is competing at 147, Cotto easily is more proven there, and that trumps all weight divisions below. Fraud's career best victory is a split decision over De La Hoya,.....Cotto's best victory is a win over Shane Mosely, who holds two wins over De La Hoya,..,and based on that, it's fare enough to say that Cotto's resume is TWICE as good  !.

If you're only talking about fights at 147 why would you base an arguement around a fight that took place at 154?

There are a few sections to that post, what you're referring to, belongs in the 'career best win' section, not the "fights at welterweight" one, ...[IMG] see, I used to be a stewardess.

:nono: I used to talk "nonsense" and you'd be inclined to offer head for the exhibition.
:nono: But now that I am making "sense" , I'm the drunk unlce that everybody should ignore, this is another example of a groupie twisting the entire WORLD and every concievable thing in it around, just to suit Fraud Mayweather and his untouchable 'high-rollin' agenda, it's amazing how far you will go with these little minionistic alterations.

    Reed purrr lease.

I fear for Margarito health..Cotto is going to get inside those looping shots, under that telegrap right hand, side step those nice uppercuts and rearange Margarito ribs...after a few rounds Cotto punches to Margarito ribs will sound like the scene in Casino when Pesci and his brother are getting fucked up in the cornfields..nothing but meat..broken/shattered bones..nothing but the sound of meat...
