If you're going to do that...all you need to do if give Floyd more power and THAT'S IT! Why waste time upgrading TWO attributes when you only have to do one.

So let me get this right...

You are telling me, that James Toney gets hit LESS than Floyd Mayweather does. Is THAT what you're telling me??

I'm not sure Morales' heart is a good thing anyway. He walks into beatings and gets applauded for it. I wouldn't want my great fighter to be so stupid.

it's not just about not getting hit. Toney faced way better fighters more consistently than PBF, and faced much bigger punchers than PBF, and didn't use his feet, and still managed to not get hit much. remember, we're considering foot-work separately here - so you have to take that out of the equation. this is PBF standing in versus Toney standing in. Toney wins. easily.

PBF couldn't trade with Castillo. he couldn't trade with ODH. and he couldn't trade with Corrales. he had to use his feet. which is fine. and was perfectly effective. but if we're gonna divorce defense from foot-work (somehow), then you gotta go with Toney.

HEART is like Evander Holyfield in the first fight with Bowe...totally behind on points..totally unwinnable situation: he couldn't hurt bowe AT ALL in that fight and was hopelessly behind on points...battered bloddied, no energy left and STILL mounted a comeback attack towards the end of the 10th round.

HEART is JMM getting knocked down three times in the first round by the monster from the Philipines...nose broken, blood everywhere..and STILL fighting back ferociously all teh way till the end of the fight.

Heart is not what Erik Morales did in the third Pacman fight...winking at his blasted father because he was done.

:clap:Corrales 6 years ago...Castillo 4-5 years ago....De La Hoya? Pollo was 100 years old and had not fought in a year and had already looked suspect against smaller fast guys in his prime..vs. Mosley.

Lets talk....Cotto, Mosley, Margarito, Clottey, Cintron...or any of the top guys at 147...

seriously - when you take a step back, PBF's route through 140 and 147 really was shameful...

    Ai Yi Yi

That's the type of assinine response I'd expect from a woman. You seem to think this proves something.

    1. What does Corrales' supposed weight drain have to do with the fact that Floyd elected to fight him at the time when he was undefeated and perceived as Floyd's biggest threat?

    2. What does the fact that YOU thinking that Floyd lost the first fight have to do with him taking on the generally considered BEST and most dangerous lightweight on the planet in his FIRST fight at the newer weight?

    3. Last I checked EVERYONE was showering De La Hoya with praise after destroying Mayorga in his last fight...proving he was still DANGEROUS. This was Floyd's FIRST fight at 154lbs...and Floyd is small even for a Welterweight!!

The FUCK is wrong with some of your people?

Right? You are not even LEFT..you're plain WRONG WRONG WRONG.

Floyd was the agressor in the Judah fight (and that's NOT the only fight)...and Zab has lightening fast hands...and Floyd was virtually unmarked after the fight.

That's just ONE example but there are many.

First of all lets be real. This version of Delahoya never had the style to beat Floyd. FLoyd was smart when he chose to fight Corrales. He waited until Corrales went up in weight then he accepted the challenge with Chico going back down in weight where he was badly struggling. Floyd is a very smart fighter. I cant wait until that bum gets KTFO.:flip:

What the hell are you talking about? Most people thought Mayweather fought Corrales too early. Mayweather was the guy who had the fight @ a higher weight and came back down to fight Chico...not the other way around.

Don't try and change history, please.
