the other sample menu you posted sans dinner was.....Pretty much no matter what your dinner was for the other menu you posted was, it was low calorie

And let me clarify, I dont see a problem with you taking creatine, I just dont think it is the most beneficial supplement you can take for your goal. IN MY OPINION (happy now) to lose weight you must expend more calories than you take in, which pretty much equates to depriving your body of the calories it needs to maintain. In that situation, it is MY OPINION, that protein becomes the most important form of calorie you can consume because of its proven effectiveness in muscle sparing and building.

I think its odd that you are so adamant about not needing protein while also being stuck on taking creatine because it makes you feel good.

Thats my real weight ..... Thing is though , you will stop somewhere around 199 200 ..... I will keep going all the way down to the 180's ....:holla:

Hey , I heard you say something the other day that you don't have to body type to get abs ?
You can still get them regardless of your body type .... I know what you are sayin though about different body types having a hard time getting that cut up mid section ....
What I have noticed though - that when people do have that type of body and they do finally get abs , 9 times out of 10 they look really good and appear very strong when compared to the body types that get abs easily , body types like Bernard Hopkins for example.
Keep working towards abs , you will probably look very good if you can force past your body and break that barrier to get abs ...

I knew you were joking ...

105 6 foot, no abs , no fat .... WTF :jester: :jester: :jester:

You had no abs because you were still developing ..... Not many 13 year olds have abs even when they are dirt skinny ....

I thought you were more of a husky type of build ...

I mentioned I was a ectomorph body type. I filled out around 19. Before then I was a rail. Like I said, I have lost 30 pounds and you can't really tell unless you seen me with my shirt off @ 230+. I have a slim profile build that can hide when I'm overweight.

Maybe I'll post a pic when I was 19 to show you what my abs looked like......nah :jester:

I've been thinking, maybe you are right about not being devoloped at 13. I have been working on my abs the past four months, I still can pinch an inch but that is alot less than what it was. Maybe in a few more I will show :nixweiss: I can say i never have tried to REALLY work them out. I'd say I have abs like Lennox Lewis I guess. (Notice I picked a great boxer to make comparisons to):jester:

Not me, I would get lighter, then put on another pound on top of what I lost :nixweiss: I guess my body would retain water.

That happend to me as well for the first 4 weekends or so ... I would drink and be heavier and it would take to the end of the week to lose it again.
Now I drink and I'm lighter after the weekend ... :nixweiss:
