    Yup. Roy's hands are still fast(nowhere near as fast as they once were), thats IT! His once terrific legs and reflexes, both offensive and defensive reflexes, are gone! And his power is nowhere near what it once was either, cause the sharpness of his punches are gone. And on top of all that, his stamina is gone as well. Roy is S H O T. You could see that he saw openings in Sloppy Joe, but was too shot to pull the trigger. And he saw Joe's punches coming, but couldnt get out the way. Thats shot fighter 101.
