    Since when does white fighter equal inferior fighter anyways? The pool among the immigrant classes, particularly Italian-Americans was much deeper then.

    Much like the European and Eastern European scene right now.

    Where there's poor people and no other outlet. Fighters will be born.

    Wasn't suggesting they were inferior. Just that the abject lack of notable blacks after Gavilan is kinda historically anomalous, piqued my curiosity.
