I'm with Slystaff and Hanzy on this though. The only people who can come on here and criticize without looking like a complete hypocrite are people who have NEVER done anything horrible in their entire lives. It's okay to bring up issues of domestic abuse, because it's definitely one of the worst crimes you can committ, but you have to ask yourself is this the thread where it's in anyway appropriate?

I don't think he should be perma-banned, but this vacation handed out by Steve wasn't out of line, Zac was asking for it.

I should have said sporadically active. He disappears once in a while.

 

He never even won a belt from one of the major sanctioning bodies. Even the IBHOF isn't going to put a modern fighter in who wasn't able to do that in this day and age of multiple belts.

Unless he goes on to have a stellar career as a trainer or promoter I just don't see him slipping through. If they let Ward in then guys like Vince Phillips and Zab Judah are going to become a lock. They'll have to put 15 modern fighters in a year to keep up.

visited Diego in four camps while he was with Goossen. Each and every time it felt as if we were a bunch of friends just chilling out while D worked out. Met his wife Michelle a few times and she was always nice to myself and my family (my wife got to hold their then just born daughter Dayla).

Chico loved his fans. I can recall several occasions while at camp in LA he would come to whatever fight was at Staples. He would get mobbed by the fans but he was always accomodating and made sure each and every fan got what they wanted (a pic and auto etc)

He will be missed by me

I liked Coralles and I'm shocked that he died. But never realized we had so much pussy on the site, crying to ban someone who's glad he died. Rubio shouldn't have been banned, flagrant double standard. Fact is, Corrales wouldn't have give a fuck if you had die ( except for maybe Eaner of Jake ), don't act like he's your familly or something.

 

i happened to agree with Rubio in the sense that while I'm saddened for his family, i don't just turn a blind eye to the horrible things he did.
