You trying to tell me that after a couple drinks they tend to stumble around chatting incoherently like Mr Miyagi?

I still favor Mayweather but think the same way. Right now I don't believe there's anybody around their weight class that can beat either except for each other.

Aye, Im hardly Karl Marx in that department either. Dunno what my excuse is, just the way I am. Any beard I grow is a bit of a Lightweight Duran number, and Im pretty sure there were female GDR shot putters with more chest hair. Pain in the arse.

Get it from my maw's Dad I think, he was always pretty sparse in that department too. He was a champion gymnast & boxer, then had all his teeth knocked out playing shinty though, which i remind myself of every time my baldiness makes me feel less manly :cheer::lol:

It's a stereotype but from personal experience it's 100% true  When I have family get togethers with my Burmese side I can usually drink most of them under the table

Chest hair sucks. I wish I didn't grow any. You're lucky. I'm constantly shaving my chest.

I think it's simply because Asians are smaller than Whites and Blacks on average and everyone knows that the trend is the smaller you are the less alcohol you can handle.

    That's a curious mix.

Sounds like my brother Fergus, actually, people who meet him think he's Chinese/Oriental for some reason. Unless it's one of Ghengis Khan's genes kicking in after 50 dormant generations there's no explanation.

Pakis are considered "Asians" in the UK and we're some of the hairiest, thickest-bearded MFs on the planet..

Size does make a difference indeed but I think there's more to it as even the fat Asians i've known haven't been able to handle that much more.

You dudes are luckier than you realise.

My thick Jew Beard starts to irritate my face when it gets too long, all bristly and annoying, and I hate shaving every day.

They lack a certain gene that enables them to handle alcohol iirc. Every Asian I've known aside from a few Koreans couldn't drink for shit (I used to drink when I was way younger).

Is it alcohol generally or just beer? I thought it was because they weren't used to digesting the grains that beers are made from.

The Japanese still drink allot of 'Saki' (or however you spell it) and stuff, no?

The ability to consume large quantities of alcohol and not end up in a piss stained wreck on the floor, I like it, good power

Word. We tend to be chill people, aside from the Guido-ish types you see in Bradford.

Now that I think about it, you might be right. The Vietnamese drink rice whiskey too. Or maybe it's just specific Asian ethnicities that can't drink, like the Chinese?

 @ the Ghengis Khan thing

Yeah Burmish is an unusual mix, I've only known one other person with a similar ethnic background, he was half-Thai, half-English, so his parents came from the countries directly next door to mine. Everyone thought he was my older brother, it was weird

I used to live in VietTown Paris.

My Viet chums would prefer a Bean Milkshake, to a nice cold Hoegaarden. Num sen?

I've only ever spoke to one person from Vietnam, and that was at the embassy. She was really unfriendly, I've heard from other people who have gone there that they're quite stand offish and cold, any truth to that Mexy?

Even the guido ones tend to be calm as fuck, tbh. I mean the guido ones can be annoying, but most of them are still up for a laugh and don't tend to view everything as the potential prelude to a fight. Believe me, in Glasgow, that's refreshing. parki's love a good scheme, I wouldn't trust many (read any I know ) with a full wallet or my car or anything, but you're right they're chilled as you like.

The universal loves of all Glaswegian-Pakistani's - cars and a good hair cut

I really like the Vietnamese. I know a Viet guy from California, and he says many of the Vietnamese are pretty ghetto and "gangster" and nasty there.

That couldn't be further from the truth as far as Parisian Viets go.

They are generally very nice people, and mostly pretty middle class/well educated etc.

I loved living in Chinatown there, the Viets are good people and my GOD I love a bowl of Pho Tai. The ones in London can't compare.

The Viet Beef Soup you get in Paris is food from the gods.
