Not only that, but no other fighter in boxing history has been able to box as aggressively as Duran while avoiding so many punches. It's a thing of wonder that Duran was able to attack so relentlessly, while simultaneously avoiding punches, it's mesmerizing to watch. It's for that reason that Duran has arguably the best defense in boxing history. Much harder to not get hit while attacking, then just being overall more defensive, a la Pea or Floyd etc, or even someone like Pep.

No, this is what I have seen here. Since you took this to personal level (once again), let's look at something that I did not make up You just posted a MM thread of Gerry Cooney vs Chris Arreola. The question is, why would you post such a match up. Correct me if I am wrong, but surely you don't expect it to be a close one, nor do you think anybody could make a good case for Arreola. In fact, if somebody picked Arreola, you would claim them to be biased or uninformed. Also, the difference between the fighters is not as great as in Hearns vs Judah, so this doesn't seem to qualify as an Xplosive type of joke mismatch thread. There is no interesting contrast of styles here, since it seems very obvious how the fight would go and who would win. So the only reason why you would post this seems to be that you try to emphasize your agen... point that 80s is better era than 10s, something which everybody already agrees on. Others just don't have the need to continuously bring it up. And if you want to compare decades, it doesn't seem quite objective to match #1 contender of one era (who you specifically want to be in his absolute best) against #7 of another era in a fight where even styles favor the better guy. Again, correct me if I am wrong. Otherwise you can ugh and whatever me all you want, but this is where it leads if we concentrate on posters and analyzing hidden motives behind posts.
