Didn't see the fight live so have just seen the full count on the video you posted...

...IMO, it's a very odd KO. When he gets caught, he collapses and looks like he is out cold. The guy next to the ring waves to the referee to wave it off, but then from almost nowhere Banks seems to regain consciousness and almost beats the count (though his legs are still gone- look at his body as he is helped to his stool).

I think he was out old when he hit the deck, then came to after about 3 of the count. It would have been better to see from the angle outside the ring...
