I suspect ‘the bottom of this’ is pretty shallow.

 

Usually, when a fight gets pulled at the last minute we’re all pissing and moaning about what a joke the sport is but it’s revealing that no-one is saying that about this fight.

Personally, I’m delighted it’s not going ahead. From the promotion of it as Eubank-Benn III through to the cancellation due to this failed drugs test, the whole event has been a shit show from start to finish.

Benn might be clean but the point isn't who is ran or not. It's the "what happened next" that really needs looking at.

When did they KNOW he'd failed the A?

Why didn't they move on the B ?

Who knew that Benn had failed the A and WHEN did they know it?

Why did they try to rope the Board into getting the fight sanctioned anyways?

AGAIN....Hearn wants to make this about Benn...it should be about Hearn!

That article was written in a very sympathetic and generous fashion to Benn...I've a feeling this will all be taken care of and we'll see this fight happen with Benn emerging as some sort of a victimized hero.

When i read your post i almost spit out my coffee. You reminded me of Fernando Vargas and Gabe Rosado. Both got neck tattoos recently lmao.
