Trust me, i know that. And i know that this radio business is still brand new and everyone is learning. But this is the kind of things you are going to have to fix when you become mainstream baby. And then when the show goes to video :eeeek: You will give Maxboxing a run for its money.
At Reed and Karl's house they have a metal chilli beans can and some dixie cups connected to strings ::
I forget who said it earlier (ld: ), but giving the guys the agenda beforehand actually makes a ton of sense and I think it would help improve the flow of the show. Just because you know the subject matter ahead of time, it doesn't mean you'll prepare canned responses. Knowing the topics ahead of time provides the opportunity to provide deeper insight and perhaps add something to the conversation you might not have thought of on the spot. There's nothing wrong with having some semblance of structure around the show. It's the professional and logical thing to do.
yep completely agREED. Bundini and Sandy had that locked down. Between PM and e-mail exchanges throughout the week and then a final Sunday morning pre-game discussion, everyone knew what was going to be discussed come show time. And it was exactly as you said - it's not pre-planned answers being read off of a teleprompter or anything. And quite often, the show moved from one subject to another based on the answers given. That was one thing from last week. Questions would be raised by other members of the panel, but on a subject where he (the one asking the question - which wasn't always Carlos) was the only one familiar with the subject. I can't remember the specific examples, but it happened at least once or twice during the show.
I'm getting tired of hearing the same old posters on. For real, don't get me wrong the conversations are good for the most part, but why can't others have a say? Dump Karl btw.
I definately should be on the show. :: Side Note: Hey Maverick i tried responding to your PM, but it said your box was full
with the never ending issues at podomatic, I've started to move the files over to a new location. Hopefully we can get a final home for our files and content soon. Currently available to listen to is: John Duddy Interview and FB Radio Show 5 http://www.fightbeat.com/radioshow.php
TRANSLATION: It won't work now. How many times has the board been down because of moving things to a new location?
Uh oh. This news is usually followed by "the forums will be down for a few days while we test out new servers."
:: :blobbox: This is only in regards to our audio files which are hosted on a seperate site, for now. Cupey
