    Nice episode 3 (attn! spoilers):


    so riots are now people standing at fences or construction framework and shaking it for no reason while completely ignoring a zombie eating a police officer right on the street. OKAY...


    Of course Travis' car is fine and no rioter seemed to have fucked with it. What was happening to the wall in the spanish guys house anyways? Why was it not safe for them to stay but safe to riot for the other people? Why is the hospital on fire? It's only zombies no bombs no war zone...

    Smartest decisions inluded a maze built out of metal in the backyard... I mean come on - you can't make this shit up. :lol: Of course we do also not cross the street to help Travis directly no we go back through the maze. That will take 5 minutes alone and he has some time to fight the zombie with bare hands. :doh:

    In the end the cavalry came. I liked that. That was no nonsense and it seemed to clear up the situation. Let's see how those idiots fuck it up despite that. Old spanish dude of course knows that it's already to late. He seems to have expertise in those type of situations.

    Well as far as the rioting goes, people generally lose their minds in riots in real life as it is. Sane people venture out at risk to their own safety.

    All the other stuff, I can't make excuses for. I turned to my family more then once during the episode and said, "they are stupiding up this show real fast".

    Looks like the Kiwi-Mexican is the Rick Grimes of this universe. Wanting to save everybody while still keeping his moral compass intact, and making everybody else stupider because of it. I laughed out loud when he said "You know how I feel about guns". I mean, I'm as gun control as it gets, but at a certain point I'm going to start hoarding those motherfuckers. :lol:

    On a positive note, I enjoyed many of the tracking type shots and larger set pieces. Not as many zombies being chopped up, but they are using the budget to make the scope a little more epic looking then the other series.

    Yeah Rick didn't want Karl near guns at first, too... I also liked how he wanted to talk things out with the zombie in the house. No you are sick! I thought he wanted to hug him... :lol:

    Ah, he's ok. Outside of being a junkie he's probably one of the smarter characters in the show, and he's not a horrible actor like the Kiwi's kid. I have a feeling they're setting him up to eventually kick the habit and become a big hero, like Charlie in "Lost".

    it was risky. But I can understand it because she wants to know what the fuck is going on since the military is obviously fucking with them. I only hate the stupid parts where they have tons of smarter alternatives. I can live with something like this.

    Then something stupid... First the soldier patrol group with Kiwi dude shoots a single zombie from a mile away - safety first - only to storm a huge building completely disorganized in an unwarranted panic mode and getting several killed. Armed and armored soldiers against slow moving zombies... da fuck??? :doh:
