    What about Hasegawa vs. Gonzalez?

Why do we pick the undercard fight with Nishioka and some scrub, who has lost to two journeyman. Is it because you saw Nishioka beat the british garbageman?

The main event is between two top ten featherweights, who have both been legit world champions.

    Already too many fights, IMO.

Then kick Nishioka for Hasegawa. That is just a showcase fight for Nishioka. Munoz has lost to a 14-14 journeyman and has not beaten a Top 50 superbantamweight in his life.

I've removed the Nishioka fight. Frankly I'd be surprised if 3 people in the league have ever seen Hasegawa fight, no point including it.

I vote for Hasegawa-Gonzalez being included.

Personally, I think it's a FOTY candidate and fights like that shouldn't be excluded.

    My two cents.

I´d bet against that. I have seen him, Jake has seen him. One of you british scrubs must watch more than prizefighter. :fightme:

I'm not sure if this is just a humour mistranslation but your constant 'wanker' emoticons and insults seem a bit unnecessary mate.....:TLC:

Anyway, I'll add the Hashegawa fight then. Jake, could you add a spot for it on your pick for the previously mentioned reasons, please?

Let the log books show I think Nishioka is a much better & more interesting fighter than either of the guys involved in the new fight (frankly a class above) and hence made a more worthy subject of our attention and picking time. :scared:

Nishioka is the fresher fighter right now, but overall (and historically) I think Hasegawa is better.

Both are fantastic, though - plus Gonzalez is almost always fun to watch and just as capable of scoring a one-punch KO as he is of getting laid out with a single shot himself.

I'll defer to you & El T's judgement here, since I know next to nothing about either.

I think Nishioka is better than Hasegawa actually, however, Hasegawa San Vs Gonzalez San is obviously a better fight than Nishioka San Vs Scrub San.

I deleted that post for you. I missed the PM's initially as I rarely get any, and when I do, its from Buddy asking me to not defame Chris Henry or Karl or use racial tones.

Stieglitz vs. Sartison is off. Sartison blew his knee out. All the bickering about nothing.:lol:

New opponent is Gevor, who fought Abraham, Sturm, Sartison and Konecny tough. So your choice whether you want to include that fight. Definitely a very good late replacement.
