I hate Benn-McClellan and Eubank-Watson 2. For some reason though, I don't really mind watching Quiroga-Anifowoshe.
i hate mancini/kim. and randy carver's fight too. and chavez/johnson. i hate all fights in which anyone is seriously hurt, and i never watch them. mclellan/benn is the only one i've watched multiple times and i never watch the end.
As much as I dislike myself for it, I love this fight. Were it not for the ending, this fight would be shown over and over again as an example of what boxing is all about in terms of heart, courage, power, heart and fearlessness IMO. It also had one of the most intimidating, blood thirsty atmospheres I think I've ever seen or heard. It was this fight, as a 14 year old kid, that made me go to the gym and start learning to throw shots...
:: The sun soaked, Christ preaching, peace-loving, forgiveness-seeking Benn of today throws 'em better...
Forrest-Mosley 1. I'll never get over this fight and I've probably seen it more than any other fight including having just watched it last week while transfering videos. What makes it so bad is Forrest's overwhelming dominance. He hurt Shane several times in that fight. The way Forrest was winging shots at Shane, with bad intentions you could see they were devastating. Thing is Forrest could have taken Shane out at any point in the fight had he really went after him, and no the headbutt had nothing to do with the loss. Shane was going to get beaten regardless.
