    REED Honestly Thinks the Official Verdict will B a DRAW...This AIN'T Schtick:nono: ...

Calzaghe will have the SWIFTEST Hands Bernard Has Seen N QUITE Some Time & Coupled w/his WORKRATE, he'll have an Advantage after the 1st 3-4 Rounds...

Bernard will Stage a Mid to Late Rounds Rally, the Fighters will TRADE Rounds from there, but Calzaghe will Wind Up w/More of Them in the Bank...However, the MOMENTUM of the Fight will B w/Bernard @ the End, which will Encourage the Judges to "Reward" BHop w/a DRAW...

Bear N Mind, this is a "Golden Boy" Promotion & Bernard is a HIGHLY Ranked Member of that Faction...Calzaghe would have to Beat Bernard 9-3 or 10-2 to Get a DECISION...That AIN'T Happening:nono: ...& NEITHER Guy has the POWER to Score a KO Over the Other...

REED Looks for Calzaghe to Win 7 Maybe 8 Rounds, then have his Record BLEMISHED by a DRAW...

Calzaghe by decision in a reasonably close, ugly fight. I think his workrate and (relative) youth will be the difference. Hopkins will be able to get Joe to throw less punches than usual, but it'll still be too much for Hopkins.

I say this without that much confidence, as a Hopkins upset wouldn't shock me.

Are slappy points better than normal points?

Next time I'm arguing with someone I might assertively make a "slappy point".

It will be a surprisingly thrilling fight. Calzghe will land more punches, Hopkins will land more meaningful punches and stun Calzaghe a bit, especially early. Calzaghe will finish stronger. Hopkins will win the decision.

The board may well call this one again. Futures traders have nothing on Fightbeat. Unless things revise, considerably and the trend is broken and restructured Calzghe will be in a slightly "uncomfortable" lead over Hopkins. A few at this time would not skew the board which is fucking fantastic. I am going to seriously consider going with the board every time as a betting man, personal predictions aside.

In essence the board says: A few lone assholes may make a horrible prediction... even a deliberately horrid prediction.... but Calzighe will still be the favorite my a small margin. Why? Because at the end of the day Calzighe will probably win this fight by decision. This is what people say who know what they need to about both guys.

    Exactly!

My prediction is still Calzaghe by close decision but "Pace Control" is EXACTLY Bernard's way to win this fight....

43 is 43. I don't care how good B-Hop looks. The dude has slowed to a snails pace when he fights and Calzaghe is just too damn busy. Now Hops will land some good counters in between his combinations that may stun Calzaghe but Calzaghe will and should pull this one out. So just to make my prediction clear Calzaghe by decision 8-4. I'll Holla 5000

no doubt the bet should be Joe by UD

I just have a feeling.. I have a feeling that Hops is really ready and excited about this and that while both guys are near the top of their game and certainly their divisions.. I think we are going to see that Joe C has been fighting in a different league than Hopkins.

Hopkins is going to get a little bothered by Joe's speed and even foot movement in the first round maybe 2 but soon after Bernard is going to land a right counter that will change the fight around. just buckle Joee's knees a little and then proceded to drop Joe 6 times over the next few rounds.. people will have their mouths open as Hopkins just domintates and really puts a beating on Calzaga.

A much wider margin than most people are expecting.
Joe's speed of punch is gonna dazzle Snaggles so much, he's gonna think he's surrounded.
I see all the class work coming from Joe and a lot of nasty dirty shit coming back from Nard.
But Joe won't be frightened of handing out a bit of dirty shit himself if Hopkins takes it too far.
So Joe by a wide points margin. I'd like to say stoppage, but I just can't see Nard being stopped.
