First Fight was fairly boring, and its hard to see how canelo wins the remarch, so im not really thrilled by it, but its not the worst matchup

Alvarez is UNDEFEATED in rematches, crawford cannot say the same

How can people get excited about a rematch of a one sided boring fight? Don't get it..

Why wouldn't he face Mbilli or Martinez?

Who? Bud? He already undisputed at 168 at this point it's another huge payday vs Canelo II or a move down to 156-160 and an easy goodbye fight vs a Charlo or someone like that...

In truth, I’m rather surprised Canelo wants to fight Bud again. As far as the people excited for it, Canelo has a lot of casual fans who think the world of him and that he only lost to Bud because he’s “past his prime” or “he let Bud win”.

I personally feel Canelo knows deep down that he can’t win and he just wants to have one last big pay day before riding off into the sunset.

That's not the mindset of an elite pro boxer, and especially not one who was among the p4p best for a decade or so

Canelo will forever be known for ducking Benavidez. Fair or not. And the more Benavidez achieves, the worse it will be.

Not Only That, REED Thinks Taking an L to Benavidez Would've Been BETTER for Canelo's Legacy Than Losing to a Guy Moving UP 2-3 Weight Classes Will Prove to Be....Especially if Crawford Beats Canelo a 2nd Time...

Woulda been a more painful L, though, and for far less compensation

Moot Point NOW, But REED Would've Favored the Plant/Bivol/GGG 3 Version of Canelo to Beat the Benavidez of Back THEN...

Not Sure Canelo Would've Been "Far Less Compensated" for Benavidez Than Bud Though...While this is CLEARLY Bud's Era, the Best Fighter SINCE Floyd, Let's Not Pretend Bud was an ATTRACTION Beyond Hardcore Fans...He Is Post-Canelo, But That Wasn't the Case Pre-Canelo...

As Much as REED Can't Stand A-Side/B-Side Posturing, That's Precisely the Position Bud Played In the BIGGEST Promotions of His Career...

Alvarez got paid a ridiculous amount for crawford fight and the scull bullshit it came attached to
