    LOL!

I think Floyd will tame him but we can not ignore that this is a HUNGRY young lion and he is Bigger/Stronger/Faster than Floyd and he has HEART!

Floyd is getting old.. old enough to be his daddy, plus he hasn't fought in almost 2 years! that's nothing to sneeze at

Certainly. Floyds skills are way too refined for someone as roar as Ortiz

Floyd will land cleanly and on the button all night, but rounds 1-2, ortiz will have some success. After that it's floyd all the way.

Vitali quit against Byrd with a round or two to go in the fight but was complaining when the ref stopped the fight with Lewis due to the fact that his eyeball was in danger of hanging out of his head.

In a fight of this magnitude after the criticism received in the previous bout, a fighter is unlikely to quit. He's, in fact, a different fighter.

Don't you know anything about boxing other than the smell of Puerto Rican fighters' buttholes?

Destruction and Mayhem wants to know!!

Vitaly was not taking any sort of punishment vs. Byrd..he quit because he had a legit injury. ORTIZ was in the toughest fight of his life...and wanted out of there.

Ortiz show some heart vs Berto...but IMO he stayed in the fight because every time he was hurt...he was able to land something on Berto that either drop him or hurt him...Against Mayweather it will be round and round of getting outbox/outpunch/out landed....

Right hand after right hand....and he won't be able to do NOTHING about it..eventually if his chin doesn't hold up he will get KO'ed..if it does hold up his heart will stop and he will QUIT...

NOW get Mayweather nuts out of your mouth...such a "sophisticated intellectual homosexual"-quote sly as yourself should be ashame of suckling on Mayweather funbag.

Has anyone seen mexican prospect Marco Antonio Periban (14-0, 10kos) fight? Is he any good?

    He's on the undercard.

Floyd STOPS Ortiz in the 9th or 10th of a Fan Friendly (by Mayweather Standards) Affair...

The Mayweather-Hatton Analogy is SOUND...Mayweather WILL have Some Problems w/Ortiz EARLY...Ortiz is BIG, STRONG, YOUNG, QUICK, AGGRESSIVE, ENERGIZED & a Talented OFFENSIVE Fighter...He can BANG w/Either Hand Too...Hatton's Frenetic Attack of Mayweather WON (or @ Least Gave the IMPRESSION that he was Winning) Early Rounds vs. Floyd & Ortiz's will Do Likewise...

Ortiz will Likely STAGGER if Not DROP Mayweather, but All the While, Floyd will B Figuring Out Which Shots he's Hitting Ortiz w/, Working Out the TIMING for his Counters, etc...Literally, the Looooooooonger this Bout Lasts, the WORSE it will Get for Ortiz...If it Gets to Round 4, Ortiz is TOAST...

Ortiz will have 1 HUGE Moment in the Fight, Lampley will Get EXCITED, Merchant will Regurgitate Some DRUNKEN Bullshit & Floyd Haters Across the World will B Near ORGASMIC...After All, Floyd's in his MID 30's, he's Been INACTIVE & he's had Problems w/SOUTHPAWS in the Past, so he's GOING to Have to Weather Some Adversity...

But Inevitably, Floyd Survives the Early Rounds Scare & PUNISHES Ortiz the Rest of the Way, En Route to a 9th-10th Round TKO...

In the name of Free Ike, I call upon the great one, Chinnus Maximus. Please great Chinnus, give Victor Ortiz the ability for this one night to knock Mayweather out cold. Do this for me and I will forever be in debt to you. Amen.

If Ortiz is to win...it will have to be an early KO....after 4-5 rounds he becomes very sluggish....and just look at his fight vs. Peterson...he was doing very good early..then in the late rounds he started coming apart a bit...

I doubt it would matter too much even if Floyd has lost something in that area. If he was fighting a larger rangier guy it might though.

Another schooling. Ortiz is way to raw.
PBF by wide UD, or late TKO. He'll probably win the 5 of the last 6 rounds.

Oh by a quite a bit.

I'm just saying that i think Floyd is good enough to be able to stay in the pocket with Ortiz. Mayweather will be able to hurt Ortiz, Baldomir was like a slow moving washing machine coming forward. You couldn't hurt him but needed to move out of the way once in a while.
