FINAL PREDICTION: Zab Judah vs. Joshua Clottey

For those who are picking Zab.

I'm just very sorry, and I truelly mean it.

 

my heart tells me that Joshua Clottey is nothing more than overhyped manure. The reality is that Zab Judah IS overhyped manure.

I predict both fighters do their best to lose, and it ends up a draw.

 

Just read on another board that Zab has been secretly training with Mike McCallum for this fight, specifically working on bodypunching and technique. Oughta be interesting since Clottey's weak spot are his ribs.

 

zab could get by his speed alone in this fight. clottey is a slick dude himself, but is not as aggressive nor consistent as some think he is.

i like both fighters, so i dont really care who wins. i just have a feeling that judah pulls out a close decision.

 

there's no way in hll that Judah can beat Clottey. none. in fact, i predict that Clottey has an easier time with Judah than Cotto did.

Clottey by KO, with Baldomir becoming not only Judah's daddy, but grand-daddy as well.

 

What does that make Margarito? He's got wins over both Cotto and Clottey.

 

It makes him Baldomir's lesser brother, seeing as Clottey took Margartito the distance, while not managing to last the entire fight against Baldomir.

Sure, Baldomir would love nothing more than fight Margarito, but, being the most ducked and feared contender in the welterweight division for year, Baldomir might have lost his hunger after finally realising his goal: becoming undisputed, linear, true, absolute, "Ring" champion of the world.
Plus, Tata is pushing 40 now, so the chances of him returning and demolishing Margarito, as he surely would've done in his prime, are slim to none.

 

Im predicting a thorough fucken beatdown, it's going to be brutal, and Zab will display the most cowardly performance in recent memory since Floyd - Castillo 2, but I think Clottey can catch him, and crush him like the 3rd tier scrub that Zab really is.

By the way, welcome back captain :bears: , none more than you deserved Margarito's glorious, glorious, glorious victory.

 

I'd really like for Zab to win so I can cash my Zab-Margarito parlay ticket, but I don't have high hopes for that to happen.

I think this is another fight that Judah could win, but he'll find a way not to. I see this one playing out like Spinks-Judah I, where Zab is never in all that much trouble and has some good spots but grins and laughs his way to a clear decision loss, then pretending like he just can't catch a break.
