So fuckin stupid that he's trying to make himself look attractive to an entire basketball court of dykes.
Ewwwwwwwww....that is so pathetic. SAD... When was this? I had to look up the Aces roster...rough...best looking one is Kelsey Plum w/ her joker lips/smile and that not saying much..rough rough looking ladies and BOYs..
To be fair, the WNBA has a couple fuckable players now. I dont know their names cause I don't follow the league, but there's also couple of cute ones now.
Tank more likeable than Floyd and Wilder. But he is a woman beater so I'm not defending him just don't find him as annoying.
Tank doesn't talk as much and isn't always ON that bullshit, he has an OFF switch and can talk about his opponent in smart, respectful way. Even if once the press conference/tour start he start threating them w/ running up on them, on sight, clap clap clap all that fake gangsta shit. Floyd is always ON w/ the money shit, i'm the best shit, No blueprint to defeating me, Duran great fighter, competitor but he has L, Leonard great competitor, I respect him but he got L's. Wilder just say dumb shit, I wonder if he still want to catch a body in the ring...? Keeping Tyson name in his mouth....etc...
Angel Reese is very fuckable great body....face is sad, she looks like Sid from Ice Age. Face down ass up...is the way.
Too tall for me. Just a preference, I'm not into giant ass women. Her face is pretty. Not an amazingly gorgeous face, but she's pretty. Her ass is fire! No doubt about that part. Her attitude is terrible.
Kysre Gondrezick looks pretty good. She was sitting with Jaylen Brown and Angel Reese at a game when Jaylen was talking to them about how Bronny James isn’t pro caliber.
What Floyd said about him was pretty obvious. Of course Lin got more attention because he’s Asian. The only other Asian players of note in the NBA hadn’t been American born, and were centers. Lin had a nice short run in NY, and his numbers were inflated due to being under Mike Antoni. Floyd calling him “a good player” is actually pretty generous in hindsight. Lin wasn’t either good nor some NBA level scrub. He was a lower level starter/decent sixth man for awhile until the injuries took away his explosiveness. Still a really good career for an undrafted player. Tbis just reminded me about the idiocy of ESB. After Floyd publicly defended Donald Sterling, some poster started a thread saying “after this, I’m beginning to think that Floyd might not the best leader for the black community” Before 2014, you thought Floyd was a legit good leader for the black community??
She's a basketball player? Didn't know that...I saw those pic/video of them at the game I said to myself Jaylen Brown is a lucky guy....he double dippin that night.
Zeke Thomas = Unbelievable player. Unbelievable asshole. Zeke and Malone are the two biggest pieces of shit outta the all time greats.
Getting way off the boxing topic here, but I get outraged when these Gen Z players and fans say that Bird wouldn't be able to play today. Larry Legend would cook muthafuckas in any era.
With all those wide open spaces, no hand checking, no clogging the paint??? Larry would absolutely COOK in this soft ass era.
If lin was a fraud then Floyd was even more incorrect because it meant Floyd shit his pants over nothing. He got worried over nothing. His insecurities were flagged up by a fraud.
Best way I could describe Lin for you is if an MLS player looked like a star playing in the Prem for a month... Then forever went back to looking like an MLS player.
Mayweather jr was 100% correct about lin They hyped that bum like he was jordan, for that month with the knicks, strictly because he is asian This halfwit is always bringing up random dumb shit
I dunnoooooo if looking back now I would call Lin a bum per say. He really did have some ability. Lighting quick first step, for example. He sure as shit could never have been a Curry or CP3, but he should have been better than he turned out. He should have had a better career than a PG of say, Jason Williams' caliber. I think the kid was just a mental midget. Ability wise, he wasn't a bum.
Oh 100% agreed on that one. He was trash. And his hype was bigger than Lin's... and we all know why... Kings got much better when they dumped his bum ass for a true baller in Bibby.
Lin was a decent reserve, lower level starter. He was putting up good numbers but also committing a shitload of turnovers when he with NY and under Antoni. A Tebow comparison isn’t quite fair since Lin was a better NBA guard relative to Tebow as an NFL quarterback, but they got a ton of media/fan attention. Defenses were obviously going to adjust and they would have to re-adjust. I get the impression that since Lin went to Harvard and is Asian, people assumed he’s really smart. But that doesn’t apply to basketball IQ. He relied a lot on athleticism, and once that went away due to injuries/age, he didn’t have as much to fall back on. NBA discourse is the worst. Just a bunch of nonsense comparing eras. “The 80s-90s talent is better,MJ is clearly greater than Lebron….MJ played against plumbers and janitors, etc…..” Young people who don’t know anything about NBA history, and older people who sound like they’re just unhappy about getting old. I heard someone seriously claim in a podcast in response to MJ not being a great 3 point shooter “well if he played today, he’d will himself to be the best 3 point shooter in the NBA because he was that competitive and great”. Sure, he would be better at 3s than STEPH FUCKING CURRY. He would be the best 3 point shooter ever.
I think the grumpy old timers mostly just push back because these little botched abortions of today call some damn good ballers "plummers." There is NOOOO professional league that disrespects its legends like the NBA does. I never see it. Well, I do at times, but it's far far more prevalent among basketball fans. I never see NFL fans call Roger Staubach a plummer. I never see MLB fans calling Mickey Mantle a plummer. I never see NHL fans calling Mario Lemieux a plummer. I never see world football/soccer fans calling Pele a plummer. This degree of young fan disrespect is unique to the NBA.
Legend disrespect, along with farrrrrr too many 3s, no D, young stars that no one cares about, abysmal all star game, too political, and load management, are the top 7 reasons why the NBA is dying, popularity wise. One thing Jordan fans will always have over LeNepotism fans is that is that the league was far more culturally relevant when Mike was the face.
I was talking with a younger guy at the gym today. He mentioned the play where Antetokounmpo basically took the ball from the opposite ft line and dunked with only 1 dribble So we started discussing the "gather step" and how it's officiated. Plays like that, and of course the step back/side step/double and triple step back 3s these guys today have perfected I asked if he thought a guy like Isiah Thomas couldn't do this type shit if he practiced it. Back then they'd call that a travel so players didn't attempt or practice it Harden and these guys have mastered this gather step and have the dexterity to take these steps backwards or sideways while their hand is a millimeter away from the ball without yet touching it and picking up their dribble Even if they're off and do touch the ball while still moving it's so difficult for refs to tell
Which brings me to reason #8: 1. These MFs are out here taking trips from New York to Dubai on the court. That's a much smaller issue though, I feel. The general feeling among just about every casual sports fan, along with even hardcore fans and increasingly more former players, is that too many 3s are killing the game. Something has to be done, and I'm not sure exactly what. On social media today I saw one guy propose that threes should only be permitted in the last 3 minutes of each quarter. That's one of the most decent solutions I've heard. Either way, they gotta do something. People are sick of it. Excessive 3s are killing the NBA.
