No, he deserves to be punished, I'm not sure that jail-time is the right idea. Considering the tax revenues to be made keeping Floyd active, I'd slap him with the biggest fine possible and squeeze some more money out of him in the form of charitable contributions. I am sure the local rape crisis centre could do with £100,000, rather than have Floyd imprisoned.
