It depends on how you view boxing.

If you want to see fighter's jumping divisions, fighting a variety of fighter's in a variety of different weights in an attempt to maximise his financial reward, then no, Floyd is doing fine.

If you want to see a fighter staying in a division where he is supposed to be and is widely acclaimed as the Champion by all and sundry, fighting undefeated and/or highly fancied rivals in an attempt to unify a loaded division in fights which would likely guarantee a better legacy but not as much money, then yes, he is wasting these prime years of his career.

For all of that, and whichever way you go, the man is considered No1. P4P by almost all bar true haters, and he has accomplished much in his career up to this point, so I'm not sure 'waste' is an appropriate word in any event. :dunno:

Could you stop talking about boxers shoulders, big arms, etc? The first 482 you did I was like OK but now it's kind of disturbing.. :notallthere:

    I hate Floyd.

But I think he's one of the best that ever fought. Only problem is he could prove that beyond a shadow of a doubt but he's kind of choosing not to.
