I didn't think he looked bad. I thought he fought in a non-traditional manner. He won going away and nearly stopped Cotto.

He mostly stood right in front of Cotto and threw combinations. I think Floyd just went back to the "old" style tonight to prove that he still can do it.

Floyd doesn't want to fight Canelo anytime soon...so yeah I think he is a bit worried....and I kinda understand he has a 6 fight deal...leave the toughest fight for the end....and he can help himself by slow moving these fight taking the full 3 years..hopefully by then Canelo has an L on his resume and Floyd could add him to his resume by pseudo...

On fight night Canela will come in at about 170 plus, Mayweather was no heavier than 150 tonight, he should be worried...

Perhaps, or it was because he was in with a much inferior fighter than Cotto.

If he had peers and fought them he wouldn't be undefeated and wouldn't be the best...in the time of Leonard, Benitez and Hearns....they would all tell Floyd you better keep your bitch ass at 135......and Duran would be skull fucking him there and sending him down to 126 or 130

I think Floyd does whatever he wants to do in the ring. He had a new trainer too so it was obviously deliberate on his part in terms of his style.

Yeah if you can barely beat Austin Trout without rigged judging I'm not sure how you do against Floyd Mayweather without it.

What do you guys make of Mayweather vs Danny Garcia as a possibility

The same Austin Trout who whupped Cotto? That's a good win and it seemed most had Canelo winning the fight... I thought it was very close but to make it seem like it was some sort of robbery is ridiculous

If it's very close the other guy should have a chance at winning it....not be a forgone conclusion by round 8.

Also I didn't say it wasnt a credible win but Trout is clearly nothing remarkable, much like Alvarez himself and it doesn't say much for how he would fare against a guy like Mayweather.

of course, but he is a better opponent than a guy who was a steady, unspectacular Junior Lightweight/Lightweight not that long ago

Did Guerrero even belong on pay per view?

Clear case of an A level guy vs a C level guy. EMBARASSING.

I'd imagine he's at least better than Kell Brook and some of those other top 10 guys.

Guerrero isn't a C level guy, it's just that Floyd is an A+ level guy.

Broner, Alvarez, Pacquiao....those are the money fights.

But there is another, and he is ripe for the picking....Sergio. Of course, after beating Sergio, Floyd gets the hell out of that weight class and the pendinggg loss if he stays there.

How could you expect him to fight Broner man?

    What are you sick?

Broner was inside of Floyd's testes at one point.

Look at all these idiots sucking Mayweather's balls for beating Guerrero while at the same time hating on Wladimir for beating Pieneta.
