    I just watched Corrales-Castillo I again. The respect the boxing community has for both men. RIP Chico. I understand the skill and toughness Floyd has, to hit and not get hit, smart technical fighting but to openly duck another legitimate champion for YEARS, blame other people and entities, openly state to not caring about being a rich coward goes against what old school champions were about.

    He would be compensated immensely to go through those ropes. The highest purse EVER, with every conceivable advantage given to him being the A side, and STILL he can't find the cojones to SIGN the contract.

    Floyd's probably angling for Cotto now, figures he'll win then Pac in September. His contract with Showtime is up after September then he'll angle for a one or two fight deal to get in a rematch/possible trilogy with Pac.

    If I'm Showtime I make him piss or get off the pot. They've lost too much money and have waited too long.

    They're the network with the checkbook. They have all the leverage. If HBO and Showtime/CBS make a deal the fight happens. No matter what Floyd has to say about it.

    In this case the fight will or won't be made by business men. Floyd and Manny are the talent. They don't have much say despite what they'd want you to believe.
