    The fight against Dirrell fairly quickly found it's way to an online stream on Justin TV (I am told). I'd expect the same will happen tonight, though of course I would never encourage anyone to watch such a stream

    Promoters get away with this kind of stuff for a reason.

    When Froch fought Taylor in the U.S., there was no coverage.

    Steve Bunce, working on the now defunct Setanta Sports, said that anyone who watched the fight on any stream other than the ITV one was taking money from Carl Froch wallet.

    Which was a stupid dumb thing to say.

    Carl Froch's WBC super-middleweight clash with Jermain Taylor is to be shown 'as live' on TV on Sunday.

    Froch defends his title against American Taylor on Saturday with his promoter Mick Hennessy securing a late deal with ITV to broadcast the fight.

    But fans wishing to view the fight live will be forced to watch the clash on their computers via an internet stream.
    There will be a delayed transmission of the fight on ITV4 at 2030 BST on Sunday, with it repeated later on ITV1.

    The contest in Mashantucket will be shown live in America by US broadcaster Showtime.

    Froch's promoter Mick Hennessy had previously been in talks with both ITV and Setanta Sports but after weeks of negotiations a deal failed to materialise, with the credit crunch and recession being blamed.

    Dammit I havent been more nervous for a fight in a long time! Kess is my boy, and if he loses to the farmer its a wrap for him. But my head still says that Kessler will put on a clinic.
