There's just something about Groves that makes me think he will crumble on saturday night. Just the way he's coming across in certain interviews.

Just a reminder that Anthony Joshua and James DeGale are both on the bill this weekend, plus Kevin Mitchell.

I question Groves' stamina. I'm pretty sure the ole farmer will pull out enough to take him out legitimately this time. But as I said, I hope I'm wrong.

Agreed. The funniest bit was when Carl said "Johnny asked you a question, it's rude not to answer" Cue more gormless staring.

I love Frock, he is such an unusual guy for a boxer. Probably due to - ironically - how normal and down to earth he is.

Agreed, loved the "we can all push and pull a bit"

I think that's how Groves wins a lot of fights, nobody takes him seriously because he just looks like a massive spaz

Groves has definitely developed this super ego recently. He's still very Adam Booth like, though.

    War, Groves!
That 'gormless stare'....is the stare of a psycho....a 1,000 yard stare...the stare of a man....who is going to lose.

He'll do so with the off-hand, casual malaise the Finnish are famed for

"In this corner... *sigh*... from England or Wales or someplace... Carl Froch... yay"

Ugo, i might have asked you this before (if so, sorry) but I read a joke once about Fins (i dont think it was worded like this but this is the gist)

A German, Frenchman, American, and Finn are asked to write a book about elephants. The German, with his characteristic thoroughness, writes a 7-volume, fully annoted treatise titled, "Everything Known About Elephants." The Frenchman, being heavily influenced by Sartre, writes, "Elephants and the Void." The American, having no culture at all, writes, "101 Ways to Make a Fortune with Elephants." And the Finn writes, "What does the Elephant Think about the Finns?"

 Have you heard this joke before and is it a stereotype you recognize?

No, it is not me, but I know the guy. I think he is good for real, mainly because he doesn't sound or look like a Finn

yes, this joke is often told in Finland about Finns, I didn't actually know others know it too. This is a very typical stereotype of Finns and it definitely has some truth in it. Over here, it always makes the headlines if somebody somewhere mentions Finland or someone from Finland. When Conan O'Brien talked about Finland, it made headlines for fucking weeks
