    Unimpressive from Garcia. His stock drops tonight. Unbelievable that he was getting chased around the ring by LAMONT PETERSON of all people.

    He'll get the decision, though. But make no mistake, his marketability as a top fighter takes a hit here.

    seemed like Garcia was poised to dominate that fight by the 6th round and then something happened..Peterson got more aggressive...Garcia got tired..not sure

    I say again...all these years still no idea what you're seeing. Wait...Peterson is the black guy. Garcia's the lighter guy. The only punch Garcia landed cleanly were left hooks to the body then Peterson started picking those off too.

    Most were turned off by Peterson's style rather than actually looking at what did and didn't land.

    It was a close fight. I think Garcia pulled it off 7-5 but he wasn't impressive at all.

    Inexcusable how he faded THAT BADLY against a guy who doesn't apply pressure and doesn't punch hard.

    Garcia at 147 won't fare too well IMO against the likes of Brook or Thurman. He loses to Brook via UD and gets stopped mid-late rounds against Thurman
