Anyway I obviously got here late but even when I first started reading this thread my initial thought was, I couldn't see this fight happening in a million years. It appears I was right to think so but to be honest it was Tank I would have put money on to pull out.

As much as I'm a fan of Loma I'm very disappointed in seeing him turn down this fight and I don't think he gets to use the excuse of holding out for a bigger payday. Odds of such moves tend to lead to the fight getting dropped as opposed to actually getting a raise. Don't get me wrong Loma has taken huge risks in his career even going up too high in weight IMO, but this fight was a big opportunity to silence some doubters and with as few fights as he's had in his career I'm sorry but I have to see this as him not believing in himself and ducking the challenge.

 

If lomachenko don't wanna fight this year then that's it. It won't give him a better chance to win later on tho
