You Know What, FUCK YOU Twerp...

Ask Xplosive, the Motherfucker ALSO Accusing REED of an Agenda, if Said Agenda Entails Floyd in ANY Fucking Way...REED is Fucking DARING YOU to Ask Him...Ask Sly, THE Resident Floyd Nuthugger of this Site When's the LAST Time he's Read Anything Remotely POSITIVE REED's Had to Say about Him...Even Irish Accused REED of BULLSHIT Along the Same Lines YOU Are, 2-3 YEARS Ago...But PLEASE Go Ahead, ASK Irish if There's ANY Shred of Undercover "Pro-Floyd" Leanings in REED's Posts...Hell, Ask Neil, THE Token White Guy of TMT...You're Attempting that MEEKLY Inclusive "We All Know" HO Shit, but Fightbeat AIN'T Co-Signing...REED's Posting History Over the Last Several Years Simply DOES NOT Support What You're Insinuating...

The FACT Is, REED Hasn't Had ANY Degree of Love for Floyd, Post-Hatton...That's when the FAUX "Retirements", the Cherry Picking, the DUCKING of Manny Pacquiao and the Patently UNBEARABLE "Money May" Character Went Into Overdrive...

What's "Bitch Shit" is a WEAK, TROLLING Motherfucker like You Going ON HIATUS for However Loooooong, Resurfacing and Holding Posters to Biases they USED to Have...Sorry, but Times (and Posters) CHANGED In Your Absence, Scrub...

Floyd is a PISS POOR Role Model for Young, Black Fighters, Some of Whom REED has Worked With...That, Along w/Floyd's "Legacy Don't Pay Bills" Philosophy RUINED it for REED, Altogether...If a Fighter DOESN'T Care about His OWN Legacy, Why Should REED, or Any Other Fan Care???...And REED has Uttered this Very Sentiment Probably 30 Times Over the Last Several Years...But Just Because YOUR Sorry Ass was INCARCERATED and/or BROKE as Fuck and UNABLE to Afford a Laptop w/In-House Wi-Fi, DOESN'T Mean it DIDN'T Happen...

For the 3rd Time, REED COULDN'T Care Less about Andre Ward Either...Not Since he Completely SHITTED on the Momentum he'd Built After the Super 6 and Dawson KO...Fuck Him...REED's ON RECORD Predicting and HOPING Kovalev KO's His Ass, Preferably EARLY...

Instead of Motherfuckers THINKING they Know What REED Wants from GGG, he'll Spell it Out for You: Show SOME Concern for Your Boxing Legacy...Is it Unfortunate that Middleweights have Passed on the Chance to Face Him???...Sure...But @ That Point, Do WHATEVER You Can for the Sake of Your Legacy...REED Ain't Even Mad @ GGG for Insisting on a Catchweight for Ward, REED's Issue is GGG Claims to "NOT Be a Big Middleweight", was PERFECTLY Willing to Accept a Catchweight for Floyd, Yet is Categorically AGAINST It for Canelo...

The SAME Canelo, Mind You, that Defended HIS Jr. Middle Title Against Floyd, @ a Fucking CATCHWEIGHT...In the Other BIGGEST Fight of his Career, Canelo Fought Cotto @....Wait....Wait.....A CATCHWEIGHT!!!...Sooooooo, In the 2 Biggest Bouts of His Career, the Fights That Have Just about Made him a MAINSTREAM Figure in America, Canelo ACCEPTED the Demands of the Fighters w/MORE Drawing Power, @ The Time...

No Different than DeLa Asking BHop to Defend HIS 160 Title @ a Catchweight of 157...Or Ray Leonard YEARS Prior, when he Made LaLonde, a Fucking LIGHTHEAVY Titlist, Come Down to '68 (Which BARELY Even Existed Back Then)...Fact of the Matter is, Sometimes MARKETABLE Fighters Demand a Catchweight, in Which Case it Boils Down to How Bad Do YOU Want the Fight???...How Bad Do YOU Want the "Draws" Spot???...How Concerned are YOU about YOUR Fucking Legacy???...

Its Pretty GOTdamn Obvious GGG COULDN'T Care Less about Is...Want Proof???...He WON'T Even Take his Ass Up 8 Lbs, Where he'd Have ALL the Leverage, Up To AND INCLUDING the Catchweight He Wants, to ADD World Titles to his Ledger, Against Guys that he'd Be HEAVILY FAVORED to Beat...But GGG WON'T Even Do THAT...Motherfucker is Nearly 35, Has By Faaaaaaaaaaaaar The WORST Resume of Any So Called "Lb for Lb'der", Yet Dick Riders Like YOU Flat Out Refuse to Hold Him the LEAST Bit Accountable about How his Career has Played Out....

Instead of Demanding he DO Something About it, Ya'll are CONTENT Circle Jerking in a Fucking GGG Pity Party, Bragging Over Urban Legend of Him "KO'ing" Kovalev w/a Body Shot, Rewatching the Ammy KO of Lucian Bute and CLIMAXING to the Willie Monroe and Dominick Wade Bouts...

    No Shit Sherlock!!!:wack:...

Not NOW he Isn't, but Back in EARLY Spring, When Canelo-GGG Catchweight Articles were Being Posted, it Would've Been in the BEST Interests of GGG's Legacy to Have @ Least ENTERTAINED the Fucking Idea...

And If he Actually GAVE a Flying Fuck about His Legacy, he'd Have Done So...

You think if golovkin agreed to fight at 155lbs in april that they'd be squaring off in a few weeks instead of on separate cards?

Yes, of course Reed. You hate Floyd with a passion and everyone knows GGG is the reason the Canelo fight didn't happen.

I get your criticism too. GGG has only fought guys he was heavily favored to beat that not many people really wanted to see him him fight. and now you're angry that he won't move up and fight guys that nobody really wants to see him fight that he'd be heavily favored against. Gotcha!

Rather than fighting scrubby 168lbers I'd rather see golovkin stay at 160 to face derevyanchenko, and whatever young gun emerges at 154 lbs out of williams, andrade, hurd etc

I just find it amusing that REED consistently refers to me as a Golov nuthugger simply for not agreeing with Canelo's ducking ways.

I can be called a Golov fan, but in al honesty I'm not a particuarly big Golov fan at all.

But EVERYBODY knows REED is the resident Golov hater.

How was that big test Curtis Stevens was suppose to provide?

Can You Prove They WOULDN'T Be Fighting in a Few Weeks???...Didn't Think So...

EASY As Hell to Sit There, Rocking That MSG "Merchandise Record Breaking" GGG T-Shirt (That You COULDN'T Wait to Tell Fightbeat About) of Yours, ASSuming he'd Have Agreed to a Catchweight....Problem Is, The VERY Moment "Catchweight" Articles Started Circulating, Team GGG Responded, NIXING the Idea...

So Yeah, Ya'll Can Call Canelo WHATEVER You Like, but @ the END of the Day, he's Attempting to Take GGG Down the SAME Big Fight, Catchweight Road He was INTRODUCED To, via Floyd and Cotto....And Even Though GGG is All But a MIDDLE AGED Fucking Man, w/a SHIT Resume, He SHOULDN'T Be Expected to Show Just a BIT More Fucking URGENCY to Actually Make Something MEANINGFUL Out of His Career, Which has Been Mostly PRESUMED @ Best...

AND, Up Until the Time Canelo Fights GGG, a Year from Now, HE'LL Be Labeled a Bitch and Have HIS Legacy Questioned...

So if golovkin told dan Rafael he'd have agreed to fight alvarez at 155lbs, it would have strengthened his legacy?

See, Speaking HALF Truths About REED's Typewritten Comments DOESN'T Work, Scrub:nono:...You Can Get Away w/That WEAK Shit on the Political Forum or Wherever Else, but Fightbeat is ALL About it's BOXING Forum...Soooo Come CORRECT To REED or DON'T Come @ All, Bitch...

REED's Words are Typically Presented w/VERY LITTLE Room for Alternative Interpretation...On That Note, Did GGG Do ALL HE Could Do, to Make the Canelo Fight Happen???...Nope...And that's a FACT, Not Hate Nor Bias...Yet, When REED Reports FACTS, He Has his Motives Questioned, and When REED DARES YOU to Follow Up On Your Suspicions, You Never EVER Produce Shit...EVER!!!...You Simply Gloss Over The EGG In Your Bitch Ass Face and You AWAIT Your Next Attempt @ Accusing REED of Bias in Regards to Another Black Fighter....Even When a Black Fighter ISN'T In the Same Fucking Ballpark as the Point REED's Made:dunno:...

    Nonetheless, Here's the Deal...

The Idea of "Nobody" Wanting to Face GGG is BULLSHIT, So Please STOP Saying It...It's FANBOY, Pugilistic WET DREAM Type of Shit, Period...REALITY Is, "Nobody" @ 160 is Terribly Interested in Fighting Him, Which Obviously Illustrates WHO He Is an HOW He's Regarded, Within the Division...Can't Knock GGG for That @ All....But In Lieu of Obviously RELUCTANT Middleweight Opposition, Why NOT Go Up 8lbs, Win ANOTHER World Title, Potentially Own ANOTHER Division and ADD a Feather to Your Cap, Your LEGACY???...

You Keep SAYING People Don't Want to See him Face Badou Jack or James DeGale, but Are You ALSO Saying Establishing Himself as THE Man @ '68 WOULDN'T Enhance GGG's BOXING Legacy BEYOND Where it Is Currently???...If So, How DOESN'T It???...Ya'll Act Like GGG's 28 or Even 30 Years of Age...Nooooo, He'll Be 35 This Time NEXT Year...The Time to Cement his Legacy is NOW...

What "Angers" REED about GGG is How LITTLE People Actually EXPECT from Him, Based on His Level of HYPE vs. What He's ACCOMPLISHED...You're a Supposed "Killer" that NOBODY Wants to Fight, that's Allegedly WIPED his Ass w/GOOD Fighters NORTH of the Division You CANT Get a Quality Fight @, Yet REED's Got it Twisted for Suggesting You MOVEthefuckUP to '68, in the INTERIM???...

botton line is there are absolutely zero money fights at 168lbs for golovkin. and very little there to enhance his standing either. do you really think golovkin would make more money facing degale than he would facing brook? i dont.

he can go up for the sake of facing bigger men who can potentially take his punches better and make for longer (not even necessarily more competitive) fights. in doing so he would be leaving behind the middleweight division, most likely. its not wise for a guy his age to fool around going up and down in weight, especially when he'll have to lose a few pounds to get the mega fight/payday.

right now I am confident golovkin can cut the necessary weight to beat the fuck out of alvarez if it happens in the next 18 months or so. if he goes up to 168lbs to fight scrubby degale or whoever then tries to come back down to 155lbs it gives alvarez more of a chance.

Every Time REED DOESN'T Participate in the GGG Go-Go Girl Circle Jerk, He's Labeled a "Hater"...Nonetheless, When REED Discusses GGG it's ALWAYS Based On What he's Done; His CAREER...Inevitably, the Debate DEVOLVES to "You're Just a HATER", or the IDIOCY Twerp is Suggesting...

Funny You Mention Curtis Stevens, Cause it's NOT like REED Gave a Flying Fuck About Him...@ the Same Time, Upon Examination of GGG's Resume, Stevens was CLEARLY 1 of the BETTER Guys GGG Would Have Faced to that Point, and Unlike Other Middleweights, Stevens Actually WANTED the Fight...He Name Dropped GGG on Fightnews and a Few Months Later, it Happened...

And Despite How IMPRESSIVE GGG Was, Stevens Really Did NATHAN to Hurt Himself in that Regard...He Got His Ass Whipped, but he Put Forth a BETTER Fight than Just about Anybody had Seen, vs. GGG (Kassim Ouma Fight Being the Exception)....7 Bouts Later, Has GGG Stepped Up All That Much BEYOND Curtis Stevens Level Guys???...

It's NOT Like REED Ever Thought HIGHLY of Stevens, It's That he Thought That LITTLE of GGG's Resume...

Jack, Degale and even Bute and Grove are levels above the clowns GGG has been fighting. The fact that most here dont realise this, really shows the sad state in which fightbeat is presently

That's Just It, Neil, GGG Can Mandate a CATCHWEIGHT for Any of his Opposition @ '68...Unlike SOME Around Here, REED Doesn't Pick and Choose WHICH Catchweights are Good/Bad...

Since "Marquee" Fighters DICTATE Negotiating Terms, GGG Would Be WELL Within his Rights to Move Up to '68 and DEMAND a Catchweight for Any of the Beltholders....@ NO Point Has REED Said Golovkin Should Leave Middleweight ALTOGETHER, but he COULD Enhance his Legacy a Bit by Chipping Away @ Supermiddle Titlists, Here and There...

And If/When a MONEY Fight Materializes @ '60, He Will Have Been @ a CLOSE Enough Weight to Get Back DOWN to the Limit...

Also, the "Point" of Canelo Putting Off GGG til 2017 is So he Can "Grow" Into a Middlweight...By This Time Next Year, Canelo WON'T Enforce a Catchweight on GGG...

hey, he also supposedly handled Kovalev in sparring also. I guess we should also add this to his resume.

Alvarez said he put off the fight until 2017 and bypassed the WBC deadline because of legal issues. nothing to do with growing into a middleweight. in 2017 he will still ask for a catchweight i suspect.

you want golovkin to fight badou jack at 164lbs? is that what you want him to do to "enhance his legacy"?

he KOd bute with one punch. was it gonna get better for bute with smaller gloves and no headgear? he might be dead

groves is the one who said he sparred golovkin and got his ribs broke.

Its all the same to me. I give spence credit for KOing broner, giving mayweather jr all he could handle, etc.

I gave Shane Mosley credit for sparring chavez and azumah nelson, breaking genaro hernadez nose before hernandez fought delahoya, ending zach padillas career in the gym. these are things that happened in the ring. things i consider when forming my opinion on how good a fighter is. at some point you have to weigh in these factors when guys claim someone is unproven because they cant get the fights they seek. be it a young shane mosley, spence, etc. its not like this is some one time thing with golovkin.

Reed, I don't disagree with all you are saying, but you've always had a bug up your ass for GGG and it's pretty weak to blame a fighter for not agreeing to a catchweight. I don't even really mind catchweights, but if GGG is the 160 lb champ, he shouldn't have to agree to fight at anything less or more than that unless he wants to. That's his weight until he agrees it's not. There are a lot of 154 and a couple of 160 lb fighters who make decent wins for GGG should they want the fight. So far, no one calls out GGG except bigger guys.

That's Just It, Mike, GGG HAS "Wanted To"...

He Was Perfectly Fine OFFERING a Catchweight to Andre Ward and Perfectly Fine ACCEPTING a Catchweight from Floyd...Though the Bouts Never Materialized, There's DOCUMENTED Evidence of Him Being FINE w/Catchweights, in Those Instances...If GGG Maintained a Consistent Stance AGAINST Catchweights, It'd Be a Different Story and REED Wouldn't Be Able to Broach the Topic of Catchweights @ All...

[h=1]Brook aims to emulate Sugar Ray Leonard[/h]Britain's Kell Brook aims to emulate Sugar Ray Leonard when he challenges middleweight king Gennady Golovkin at London's O2 on Saturday.
Brook, the IBF welterweight champion, is jumping two weight divisions to take on unbeaten knockout artist Golovkin.
Welterweight great Leonard came out of retirement in 1987 to beat world middleweight champion Marvin Hagler.

"I want to do what Leonard did with Hagler - use my speed, my footwork and box the perfect fight," said Brook, "I do fear him. Of course I do. I know he's a big puncher and that nobody wants to fight him for a reason. But the fear is positive because it's going to make me super-sharp with cat-like reactions. You could see the fear in Leonard's eyes when he was in with Hagler - that's why he was so sharp and zoomed in."

    Brook sounds ´StinkerKarlesque´.
