    What? The trailer is absolute horsepiss. It's not funny or interesting at all. It's stupid and these girls think they are something which makes it even more stupid.

    This trailer is the first I have ever seen by a movie of this caliber that has a negative pro con ratio on youtube. Hell fucking "After earth" trailer was way more upvoted. LOL even gods of egypt has a positive ratio... :lol:

    Academy Award winner Alicia Vikander (The Danish Girl, Ex-Machina) has been signed to play Lara Croft in a remake/reboot of 'Tomb Raider' which was originally played by also academy award winner, Angelina Jolie. I agree with the choice. If you watch Alicia Vikander in 'The Man from U.N.C.L.E.' you know she can exude sexyness and kick ass simultaneously.

    It's a money issue. It's too much of a risk for studios to make new films. They find it safer to go with already established franchises because people have heard of them and many still have loyal fan bases attached.

    I say the only way to stop the plague of remakes is to start a Facebook boycott of all remakes. The studios will always follow financial trends, so if they ever learn that remakes aren't profitable, they'd definitely stop making them. Hollywood stopped being about the art and only about the bottom line for a while now.
