    I'd lean that way too....i'll give mab to the 13th out of respect.

    That said- does day before weigh ins make a difference? In 80s terms MAB was probably a featherweight at 122 and Gomez lost more than most from the one weight jump

    Yeah, Gomez was simply not great outside of 122. He only managed one good performance at featherweight - his schooling of Juan Laporte.

    But at 122, he was as dominant as any fighter has ever been at a single weight.
