I am curious why the long layoff. I read the whole 'loss of a close friend' deal, but that doesn't fully explain it in my opinion.

In that time Tucker was able to move on in his life with other ventures but not with boxing.

In looking at the considerable weight gain and 6 year layoff, I tend to think maybe the work ethic is lacking to be a legitimate professional fighter. And now the solicitation for investors seems like another attempt at a shortcut or the easy way.

Tucker's amateur accomplishments are worthy of admiration and I will be curious to see if he seriously dedicates himself to boxing again. In not boxing during the age span that most boxers consider formative years, I think he has stacked the odds firmly against himself.

I suggest you take a page out of Mickey Wards handbook and have a job to support yourself until you can make decent money in the ring. Hell Ward kept his job even after he started making good money in the ring. You do have a great AM record but man that matters very little at this point it's all about "what have you done lately" from your own words it's not much and a 5-0-1 pro record with a good AM background certainly doesn't warrant $260 grand a year. An besides didn't you say your record label was about to make a multi-million dollar deal and thats why you moved to Las Vegas? Why don't you manage yourself with money from that multi-million dollar deal?Serious question.

Either way StingerKarl seems to have your back and I know he made some good money off of that Seinfeld sitcom so I'm sure he wouldn't mind helping out an up and coming boxer.

Hey everyone, just got back from the gym..hard workout again, I havent missed 1 day since I have moved out here to Vegas. Hard work pays off.

I have my Palms Springs, CA fight, but it has no audio, I may be able to purchase the fight In which I had a draw, and call Top Rank for the other ones, because they all were PBFloyd undercard fights, so I will give them a call tomorrow. And get them to Cupey ..Yea that is asking for a bit much, mainly because I do not desperately need any money, and I want the investor to get what their paying for, I will not be underpaid..if no one comes on in, then the numbers will be double what they are now by this time next year...I do not need a manager, I can do it with my team including Roger, giving someone with money an opportunity to be apart of something big. They dont have to know anything about boxing, just a boxing fan with money, I will get us to the top with my fists and my team.

 

Those expenses are for living expenses...mortgage, utilities, food, gas, transportation, trainer fees, gym memberships, anything that costs money!!

 

No hiding and no lies here....no reason to even think about lying or hiding, the facts are the facts. It was not a close firend, It was an older brother, I was living in Las Vegas at time I stayed home too long, helping other family members get over the loss, days turned to weeks, weeks to months and so on, while at home me and a close friend started a record company, it immediately took off very successfully, I had my first child, started a family, then one day out the blue, I just decided that I would move to Vegas and become the champ that always knew I would one day become..my family backed me on my decision, we packed up, and here I am, at the gym everyday, soon to be beating everybody up!! The weight gain came from not working out, I didnt have to, it was not in my job description anymore, no lack of work ethic. And yea I definitely stacked the odds against myself, but my skills bring the odds back towards my favor, PLUS..I always loved challenges and being the underdog, in the amateurs, I would intentionally go down on the scorecards by just blocking and using defense only..just to see if I could come back and pull the fight off!! crazy but very true! And I'm so serious about rededicating myself its crazy, ask anyone at the Top Rank Gym, I'm there everyday from 12:30 to 3:30, getting it in...check the youtube, i will keep posting my workouts.
