Thats the exercising-stretching part of the workout...the boxing part that most fighters go off of the bell, I do straight thru..heavy bag, pads, speedbag, jump rope, double end bag, shadowboxing...but not the stretches, pushups, situps, etc..

Nah..if there's one thing Tucker has proven, it's that he does have a sense of humor. He just didn't catch it on your post. Neither did I, for that matter, although I can see it now. It reads more sarcastic than tongue-in-cheek. [edit] ah fuck it...he can fend for himself...haha

Of course I don't have that kinda money to invest but I have a couple questions.

When is your next fight? How often do you plan on fighting in those three years? How much weed did you smoke in those 6 years and do you still toke up?(you might be Augustus, but you might be Ricardo Williams too). It might add a little more to your presentation if you could link some sparring video or something people could take a look at. Not to take a pot shot at you, but it would probably go over a bit better if your business proposition were a bit more professional.

Good luck, I'll be watching for you.

Next fight late summer, early fall..plan on fighting 10-15 times in the first year, then it depends on the HBO or Showtime TV deal that I will get to determine how many times I will fight from there on, but I will keep you guys posted on every little detail of my career, from busted lips to title fights!! , Oh yea...I'm a drug free athlete also. My name is Gerald Tucker, not Ricardo Williams...

yeah, although I don't have a problem with people who experiment with stuff, I'm too old to go get fucked up all weekend and then go to work at 6 am. Plus, I give drug tests on a regular basis now, wouldn't that suck if I test positive. Personally I'd like to see marijuana made legal, but I don't have a horse in that race at the moment.
