yeah. i thought it was pretty good. people went ape-shit because he didn't dominate his undefeated opponent, but i thought it had some nice exchanges, was competitive, and overall an entertaining fight. one of the problems Castillo has is that he likes to work inside and so of course his opponents' number 1 defense against him is to hold him. and so more often than not, he has to contend with being held a great deal and obviously, this will detract from the excitement of the fight.
:: :: What a dipshit. Castillo has been in One good fight and the rest have been at best average or shitty. I guess you missed the Mayweather fights. It was a shit sandwhich. I guess you missed the Casamayor fight which is in my bottom 3 or 5 worst of all time.
I was funny. I am a funny guy. You are forum cancer. I thought you "new" that, you "no" nothing. I guess the two jokers after the sentence wasn't enough of a clue, Forum cancer.
All people can remember is the shitty fight Hatton had in the main event. Thats why they think Castillo's fight sucked. It was actually a good fight.
Hatton, at this point, is more boring than Castillo. However, don't for one fucking second suggest Castillo is not boring. Both are bottom 5 in that department. Hatton might be 2 or 3 and Castillo would be one behind. One great fight with Corrales, who was an exciting fighter, does not excuse the putrid career Castillo has had.
:: I actually enjoyed the first Mayweather-Castillo fight. It was interesting to see Mayweather tested like that, and the 11th round had some good trading on the inside. The rematch however, was dull. Floyd win clearly by stinking out the joint.
