Kendall Holt petitioned the WBO World Championship Committee to either (1) order that the Referee’s Determination of TKO be reversed and the fight be declared a No Contest, or (2) that it recommend that the WBO Executive Board order a Direct Return Fight. The Championship Committee has received and reviewed Kendall Holt’s application and his submittals, the recording of the fight, the still pictures that have been submitted, the opinions of Kendall Holt’s Consultants, and has received statements from the ringside officials in attendance.
