Morales won that second fight clear as day.

He won the first fight too, although I can accept an argument for Barrera. I had morales 7-4 going into the final round and so that bogus knockdown still wouldn't have made a difference to the outcome.

    Yes he did you whore!

I don't see how anyone could score the first fight for Morales, and the same goes the other way for the second fight. There's no way Barrera won that.

Morales was flat out robbed in that second fight . The fight and the scoring was reminiscent of De La Hoya bs Mosley 2 in which I felt Oscar was similarly robbed

I score that round and the fight for Morales. I remember watching the fight after all the controversy- and was surprised to observe that Morales won quite clearly.

    THIS

I scored each individual minute and Barrera only got the end of the second minute when he rocked Morales and had him hurt for like 15 seconds, but for most of the round it was all Morales landing almost at will from the start and rocking Barrera twice.

I think you should always go with the decision you had first time around, even if you change your mind when re-watching it. The judges don't get the option of changing their decision and neither should you.

I've heard cdogg say almost the exact same shit before and while it sounds clever ( and is valid to an extent) it's ok to admit that you were wrong. Sometimes we get caught up in the euphoria of the moment and it clouds our better judgement. Judges should not allow themselves to be caught up in the crowd or in the moment but should be completely objective when scoring.

It is fine to admit you were wrong, as long as you include the fact that you scored it a different way initially. For example, I scored Pacquiao-Marquez II a draw and Pacquiao-Marquez III for Marquez. In hindsight I view those fights differently but I will always point out that I scored those fights as such when I first saw them and that is my final decision.

We are all long-time boxing fans by the way so I don't buy that whole "caught up in the crowd" thing, I score it as I see it.

Yup it was a very close fight- I counted even # of rounds. The judges and alot of people agree.

First time I watched DLH vs Trinidad I thought Tito clearly lost, but after all the euphoria at forums I changed my mind. Later I rewatched the fight I again saw Tito winning only four rounds, but I am still in denial if you want to argue with me about that decision.
