The other thing I find funny is that Petre had a party to watch boxing on his big screen and yet had the sound down. If you are watching on a big screen then you need to listen on a good system too. If you can't disconnect what you are watching with what announcers are saying without having to deprive yourself of sound then you'll never last when the aural attacks of the mind police start their offensive in 2013.

Everyone I watched the fight with spent the entire fight yelling that the announcers were full of shit. The entire promotion, all the way down to Lampley's desperate plea to sell a rematch and "please watch us again, casual fans", was a pathetic series of Oscar-ass-kissing.

I'm so fuckin' glad this fight is over. Floyd win, quite convincingly, and a rematch would only further embarrass Oscar. Fuck him, fuck Richard Schaefer, and my sympathy for all those who can't get their anti-Floyd bias out of the way and properly score a fight.

at my house about 7 oscar fans, ones with money on the line, one who just lost 500 on oscar, none thought he won, one thought it should be a draw because he felt floyd won but never hurt oscar, im not sure what kinda logic that is, but he said it, most laughed when oscar tried to hold and punch on the hips and arms like a middle school yard fight

 

I'm thinking that Petre maybe just had a little too much to drink. I'm more than certain that when sober, he'll watch it again and whether he'll admit it or not, he'll know in his heart that Oscar got his ass kicked.
