I was actually surprised I got to page 6 without anyone else mentioning it. Unless I overlooked it.

That's because Oscar doesn't pick the JUDGES the AC comission does so you post was meaningless that's why only a Mayweather nuthugger agreed with it.:notallthere:

You must have missed his last show. Anyone who don't think a promotion plays a role in the judges is flat out not paying attention to boxing.

Bullshit a promoter has NOTHING to do with picking the judges. It's a conflict of interest.

Didn;t say the promotion does. The promotion does however have influence over them. Like I said, if you can't see that you are blind. Way to many examples.

I picked DLH by TKO in 9 and I was hoping for at least for someone to get put on their ass

I saw Mayweather school DLH 8 rounds to 4

MMA is real fighting. Boxing is not...boxing is a sport. Both have their place and people should stop bashing one or the other. They are different and some like one better than the other.

Main reason I like MMA better than boxing is that almost all of the anticipated, big fights happen. You don't hear much about money and all of the other shit when a fight is rumored...though that may change someday.

MMA is NOT "real fighting". Its a sport with a regulatory body, rules, laws, time limits and officials. Just like boxing.

Anyone who says Oscar won, I challenge you to do a round by round account to explain because I'm really at a loss.

I had Floyd winning 9 rounds, but I can see 8-4.
It is another typical Nevada official being corrupt is all, giving the fight to Oscar who lost by a mile.

Kudos for Kellerman calling Kazmani out on that BS :warning:. I can't remember the last time Kazmani scored a fight properly. He is more crooked than Lombard street (the crookedest street in San FRancisco).

Look at Pedro's views on politics. Is anyone seriously surprised that he doesn't know shit about boxing, either?

Yeah when the ratio is 4-5 of those combination flurries combined with solid body punching in the round vs a lot of ducking and dodging and punches that are blocked by the Champs gloves.

Or maybe Pedro thinks those savage body punches by De La Hoya couldn't even turn his shoulder over on were significant, as Floyd waited for him to break and mugged for the camera.

You sound just like the fools i was watching the fight with last night

throw all the punches you want, if they dont connect they are worthless

I bet you though the fight was over when DLH unloaded that 8 strait left hooks to the elbow in the early rounds

And you are what, OBJECTIVE? You will cheer for any loathsome, hip-hopper, criminal. You are right in this case, Oscar got humilated, but don't ever fucking pretend you are reasonable. If Oscar had dominated the fight and Floyd got the decision, you'd support it.

Stupid people debating with that idiot lol...

He doesn't think Oscar won he didn't have a party with 14 people who thought Oscar won and i doubt he even has a 110'' screen.

He's just happy swimming against the mainstream and making a lot of :stir: with it.

    Agreed ....

However I guess Air punches and Gloves punches must count as a punches landed ...
I had about 16 people (not counting the women) at my house.
Only 2 of them thought Mayweather won ...
It was funny , my friends wife says midway through the fight ( why does that guy keep punching his gloves)
I said (because he is scared to get any closer)

I watched the fight at the Mandalay Bay via closed-circuit with about 10,000 of my friends. The overwhelming, nearly staggering majority of those friends were openly pulling for De La Hoya. However, when the decision was announced, there were far fewer 'boos' than I expected.

I can admit Mayweather deserved the decision even though I bet mucho pesos on Oscar. I didn't want Mayweather to win, but I can objectively say that I think he clearly did win.

That being said, when a guy like Mayweather talks about "kicking a guy's ass" and "brutally beating him" yet goes out and delivers a mundane and safe performance, fans are going to disapprove of the decision.

Does anyone else miss the days when you had to really had to take a champion's belt away?

Easily the best scorecard I've seen so far.

The first round was close, so I could see it being scored 11-0-1 for DLH, but not any closer that.

No. I prefer they give the belt to the guy who wins more rounds or has more points when the scorecards are tallied up after the end of round twelve.
