Its not about that, man. Regardless of whether a person is an animal lover or not, the fact is that these were heinous crimes. Fighting the dogs is bad enough, and then on top of that he was executing them via means of electrocution, drowning, hanging, and I think I even read that he bodyslammed one dog to kill it.

I'm not an animal rights activist or anything. Simply put, this was just brutal and has no place in the NFL IMO.

 

So I guess people shouldn't think in absolutes, contrary to peoples attempts to defend Vick. Some people here are either totally clueless or just plain I and Iish ::

Whenever Vick finishes his sentence, the problem will be getting back into the NFL. PETA and all those other organizations are going to be up the commisioner's ass if he allows Vick to reinstate. The NFL lets that shit get to them yet they overlook that the league isn't exactly filled with good, wholesome players.

There was probably some type of organazation there against Ray Lewis. Don't be so sure he will be kept out.

 

The only thing I guess happened there is because Ray Lewis was acquitted and all due to lack of evidence, nobody could say shit.

 

He was aqquitted, but he definately wasn't innocent. It's like giving OJ a second chance to play in the NFL if he could.

 

Ray Lewis is always an alleged murderer first in my book, anything else second.
