I have seen people get hurt doing flys.. IMO it is more of a finishing lift.. after some heavy pressing motions.. I mean.. doesn't turd boy Bench?
Nope, he doesn't bench or do anything else for his chest apparently. Kinda dumb because you need complete chest development to protect against injury. But that's ok because he says I'm a liar. :: :: ::
15 years ago you were in your prime, unless you age like a fine wine.....in which you must be going through your second child hood  . 45's curling? I thought you were He-man :: What happened to the 120's 100's on benching? Again, that's not butterflies now is it :nono: How many posts will it take until you see you are the one bragging about lifting weight, in which so far.......it is all talk, and two, when you were prime it wasn't alot :notallthere: I sound like a teenager, but I'm not the one who is talking about pink weights, nor bragging about how much I can lift more than you. You can post a video now doing WELL over 60 pound BUTTERFLIES correctly, then you can post curling well over 60 pound dumbells, NOW
I can cheat curl 175, what are you bragging about :notallthere: What the hell does that have to do with what I said?
That's what the hell I've been saying :notallthere: And to stop further madness, no......I am not saying that's alot of weight. I am saying that's where I stop and that's proof I must be in fairly good shape. The MAJORITY of people cannot lift that right off the bat, this is a fact. Personally I have never seen anyone do that without working out, but I will concede I have not seen every person workout :dunno: If you guys think it's pussy, then fine......I am not in shape enough to do it easily 6 times, give me a month or two :dunno: I'm confident I can do 50's now, but I will try tomorrow :blobbox: Keep bringing me my motivation, I appreciate it opcorn: Maybe you will get it in a few pages
Why did you assume I didn't do other chest exercises opcorn: I only said I don't do benchpresses, and I listed I do several chest exercises :dunno: I constantly alternate to keep my muscles shocked, alternate weekly, twice a week since you can't read.
Incline and decline only on the bench. I also do cable curls for chest, and in the summer I do flies in the water after a chest workout too......I also do vertical butterflies with my Smith Machine. Not all at once, but I mix it up. I do multiple exercises, multiple ways a week.......for each muscle group.
You are, no video of you doing 120's on butterflies 6 times, no video of you curling 120's 6 times. Until you do, you are a liar. Extraordinary "strength" requires extraordinary PROOF :warning:
I like them because I think it has given me speed and maybe a little power with my hooks :dunno: if it doesn't and it's all in my head.....it's ok because I like the movement. Like I said, I don't try to go body builder type of weights like Buddy does  You can't if you want to box Cruiser, correct? :dunno: :warning:
15 years ago I was in my prime? Nope, I didn't stop growing heightwise til I was around 25. People in my family age slowly. As for the rest, read the posts. As far as prime goes for strength, different people have different primes. I doubt I've reached mine. Fred Hatfield was 45 when he squatted 1,013lbs. As for posting videos and such, now you're spinning worse than IandI. First it was the end of 2008 and now you want to try and goad me into posting a video in January. Are you that desperate for something to jerk off to, Tiny? ::
Listen to this fucking horseshit. I'm a liar until I post videos on the net? Dude, you're fucked in the head. :: :: I said I could get that no problem by the end of the year, which I will. Now you're just trying to be a buzzkill. Talk about desperate for attention. Get yourself some work ethic and stop whining about other peoples' strength. :: :dunno:
Hilarious. You sound like a jealous bitch. You're talking about prime and such, when it is known that many people gain strength right into their 40s. Talking about what I was doing then as opposed to now. Dude, people gain strength over time, and I made that point in this thread if you had the brains to go back and look. And frankly you DO sound like a teenager, daring me to post something now or you'll call me a liar? Big fucking deal. I lift weights for enjoyment and health, not to validate my lifts for you whenever you feel like whining about them.::
You never stopped growing? You NEVER started  Let me get this staright, 40 is the new 20  I guess getting ld: is pretty tough to deal with with some people  I'm not trying to goad you into anything, I exposed you as a fraud and an exaggerator. Lieing on the net is childish and serves no purpose, but to each his own :notallthere:
I think you have an inferiority complex, as most midgets do........which would explain the lies you make on the net. This must be humiliating getting exposed like this.
YOU were making fun of the weight I said I would lift and could do that EASILY because of how much you lift NOW. So you need to show me up right now or be a fraud :dunno: Anyone who claims to do something much, much better than another person needs to offer proof, or be exposed as a lying fraud, simple net rules :dunno: You make a claim, you HAVE to back it up :dunno: You said you are extraordinarily strong and that weight ain't shit, PROVE IT
So what can you do right now bigtime? Oh wait......whatever the number you make up, you won't prove it  Teenagers pull this crap, and you're mid thirties? Pppffftttt....Yeah, you sure are strong, freakishly strong ld: I bet you got the biggest cock on the net too ::
Pathetic. You assume that because you are a weakling, everyone else is? Whatever helps you sleep at night, dude. I'm not outright calling you a liar because you might very well be a pansy who can barely muscle 60lb dumbbells. :dunno: ::
Why would I have an inferiority complex? I'm not the one screeching "You're a liar" and whining about only being able to do 60lb dumbbells. :dunno:
Anyone who claims to do much better than another person needs to offer proof? So when you talk weights with a person at home, work, or wherever and they casually mention that they are stronger, or in this case MUCH stronger, then you demand proof right away? BULLSHIT! :: Did I claim extraordinarily strong? What is strong for one person isn't strong for another. There is at least one guy at work who can squat and deadlift 600lbs. THAT would be extraordinarily strong to me. :dunno:
It is a common internet idiosyncracy to provide proof with a statement that is claimed to be a fact. Especially when it is being disputed. I'm not sure why you are not getting this.......usually midgets have big mongaloid heads, but I am starting to suspect you have a Beetlejuice type of head, which would incorporate a tiny brain. Let's recap where we are at. I stated lifting 60's on a certain exercise would be proof I was in some kind of shape. You stated it was pussy weight, no one agrees with this statement. I figured being a braggart like yourself, it wouldn't be a problem for you to prove it, especially since you are the one who is boasting. No one is disputing people can't lift more than 120's or that is some incredible number, because it is not. I am stating the training I am doing, I do not want to lift heavyweights. In fact, my stance has been clear for several years on here, lifting weight for one or two reps is pointless unless you are trying to be a power lifter. So let's look at a couple of facts to make a reasonable guess if you are telling the truth..... Fact: Buddyjuice has not showed one shred of evidence to his claims. Fact: Buddyjuice will show us a video in a year, but right now is out of the question. Fact: Buddyjuice has done nothing but talk :shit: Fact: Someone who can throw 120's around no problem, probably has been lifting heavy weight for quite sometime, and you would think with all that effort and time spent, he would show us, if not out of bragging.....out of pride. If not out of either of those, to prove me wrong. This has not happened and has stated he will not do it. Conclusion: Buddyjuice will wait a year until he shows us how much stronger he is from most everyone and why it runs in the family He is probably betting on the come and hoping he can actually back up his claims of doing 120's butterflies with enough time, however......in his video he better not be any taller than a woman :nono:
Tiny Nerden: It's nice to know that a few jokes and harmless insults from me have gotten so far inside your head that you felt you had to go on this rant. You're bitchmade, dude. :: Beetlejuice...midget...mongaloid. You're sounding pretty desperate. You're likely a jealous teenager who doesn't believe or doesn't want to believe that the weight you use would be a lighter warmup set for me. :dunno: Fact: You're the one begging me to make a video for you. Why would I do that? I don't lift weights to prove anything to you. I do it for enjoyment. I also said, in post #23 of this thread, "I'm not gonna tackle heavy benches until I can do 25 consecutive pushups with good speed. That way I'll know my shoulder is stable enough to handle the really heavy stuff!" Fact: You're the one who started arguing with me. At first, I was nonchalant and polite, saying that you had a point about the different centre of gravity. You kept trying harder and harder to argue. I even pointed that out to you and said that I was just relaying in the thread what was and is working for me by way of anecdotal evidence. Fact: Now you have changed what you said originally, which was that your workout will last longer than ours would this year. Dude, you changed this for one reason: you were embarrassed when I started teasing you about your comparatively light weights. You started off wanting to make a bet because you wanted to start up some kind of competition. That, plus your repeated claims that I'm lying, really makes me believe YOU have a short-man complex in which you're obsessing more about the weight I use than the original premise that YOU proposed. If you read back through the posts, I was pretty polite at first, but if you're gonna keep trying to stir shit with me, get used to being laughed at. :dunno: Fact: You wanted to prove that we were exercising the way we said we were. In your own words: "It should be easy for either of us to prove we are exercising even if we are doing it different." My reply: "I could make a video, I guess. I have a year to figure it out, and by that time I'll be squatting, deadlifting, and benching really heavy weight. " So as you can see, I stated 10 days ago that I was going to make a video to commemorate it. Because you've been teased in this thread, your response is to try and change, which is a bitchmove, the original terms and instead beg me to make a video right now or you're going to have your little temper tantrum and call me a liar. Fine, call me a liar. I'm not changing anything I said originally, but you're bent out of shape for being ridiculed. Too bad! :dunno: Fact: Even after you tried originally to start arguing with LOK and me about training, I was giving you the benefit of the doubt. As I said, "Nah, Tyler just wants to make sure that we're not overtraining and risking injury." See kid, even though you were already being a little bitch, I was ignoring that and accentuating the positive because I wanted to give you the benefit of the doubt. In this forum, if a person has a question, I answer it based on my personal experience as well as what I've read. Looking back, you were just being a little pissant, so it's not a surprise that you got teased. Fact: I maintained all along that I was going to do a commemorative vid and photos to celebrate a year of solid training. Check back if you don't believe it or remember. You want to change stuff around right now, and you want me to go out of my way to make a video for you to prove what I lift. Like I said about a week ago, "Whether there is or isn't a bet, I'm gonna get pics of me doing a one-rep max in those three lifts as well as a vid or two to commemorate a year of solid training. I only get to train at lunch hour most days because my wife and homelife takes up the rest of my time." You're the one trying to change shit now that you're all pissy, and that reeks of desperation on your part. You got all pissy when I posted that fag emoticon. I was kidding around and you start off with saying I pussed out. Seeing as how you're the one proposing a bet with me in the first place, why would I have to meet YOUR stipulations? I said all along what I was gonna do. Sux to be you if you can't handle a little emoticon. Fact: As recently as three days ago, you were agreeing with LOK when he said that we would see who keeps it up and who is in better shape/stronger. Then the first post after that, you said "The day you do over 60 pound dumbells, you can talk shit." Dude, 60lb dumbbells aren't heavy to me. Obviously they are for you. Once again, my words: "Dude, I can use 100lb dumbbells (In other words, you and your boyfriend). Hell, I could probably use 120s." This is true. I probably could, but seeing as how it is not part of my regular routine right now, and you refused to change your routine to incorporate even one of the lifts that I said I'd be doing, why would I jump through your hoops? If I use them (and I'm not yet doing the 25 pushups at a time), then I might be fine or I might hurt a bicep tendon or shoulder since I don't do the exercise regularly. If I'm gonna do the exercise on a video, then I definitely want to make sure it is being done safely. Now you're trying to change that and say "Post it now". So you expect me to go out of my way to lug a camera to work, and then get someone to record me on my lunch hour, just to satisfy you because you're being a petulant child and calling me a liar? :dunno: Like I said three days ago, "Stick to the little girl weights and leave the manly weight-training discussion to your superiors. ::" <!-- / message --><!-- sig -->
See how full of shit you are, dude? You change it from doing dumbbell flyes to curling 120lb dumbbells for 6. Yeah, I'm supposed to believe you're an adult. You said you want to box cruiserweight. If you are boxing cruiserweight and you can only handle 60lb dumbbells, you're gonna get crushed in the ring eventually because you can't imagine other cruiserweights lifting light weights. If you want real power with your hooks, then 60lbs for 6 isn't going to do much.:dunno:
Jesus Christ I can't read all that shit, anyway....I have proved you lied in this thread. You have made yourself look like a fool by saying you need to take a break, you say lifting those weights are weak....you say you could easily lift 120's on butterflies if you can bench over 300, which is a flat out lie. Now you are conceding you are not that strong, even though it runs in your family. I have never owned someone this bad in one singular thread, but records are made to be broken opcorn:
