And here's my original post about doing the flyes. Now, I could get a video done in a month or two as long as I get the gym's permission...or get a friend to film it in my basement gym, but then you're gonna turn around and say something along the lines of "you didn't do it the way I do it".

So HERE'S an idea. Show me in a vid how you do your flyes. Give me a view with the camera so I can see how far out, to the side and down, is the range of motion you're talking about. If you want me to do the flyes like you do them, then show how you do them. :dunno:

You talk about lifting 120's easily, I thought I could make that assumption since there are only a few exercises you use 120 dumbells......but as usual, you come out all talk. I don't understand how you think doing 60's on a butterfly is so weak, maybe you should try it :dunno: Are you so dense you think you should lift bodybuilder type of weights to box CRUISER? Do you think boxers should lift heavyweights if you are fighting below heavyweight? You don't know shit about boxing then......

THIS is what bothered me. I hadn't said anything of the sort, and you call me a liar for something I hadn't even said. I could definitely see someone walking in and working up to that, but I hadn't said anything of the sort up to that point and you're already calling me a liar? It's obvious you wanted to stir shit from the get-go, and that was your intent.

Guess what, you're weak. You're a guy who wants to box at cruiserweight, but you can't even use 60lb dumbbells for flyes? You're gonna get RAPED in the ring, and I don't have to call you a liar to prove it.

You show me anywhere I had said anything about doing more than 60s in curling. I can definitely get a lot more than that in flyes, but I'd actually have to do flyes to make sure I don't injure myself by going too heavy too soon. I hadn't said I could do a lot more than 60s in curling. I hadn't even mentioned dumbbell curls up to that point. Dude, one of us is full of shit, and it is the one who is making claims in this thread when nothing of the sort had been posted in it to that point.

I wish you would have done this post earlier today.

The movement is slow and controlled on the way up and down, I do 10 reps of 40's then rest 30 seconds, then do 8 reps of 45's, then rest 30 seconds, then do 6 reps of 50's.

I will try to record it Thursday since that is my next day to do that exercise. I'd like to know why I end up
having to do this shit when you are the one BRAGGING about weights, but I don't care :slap:

And here I was wrong. I hadn't seen your workout that you claimed you do twice a week that detailed the other exercises, so yep, I can concede when I'm wrong, but that's neither here nor there since you also said you can only use 50s at the present time. So you're talking about doing 60s but elsewhere in this thread, you said you're not using 60s yet (You said it in your posting).

Second childhood, no. Rejuvenation of training, DEFINITELY. Right now I am in a position where I am set for life financially. This job gives me a great degree of stability, financial and otherwise, so I don't have to focus on anything but doing the job and then lifting the weights.

I'm listing general lifts that I do to support my claim that I have the strength to do what I say. You're just looking for shit to argue about now.

So you claim I am a liar because I don't post a video of me CURLING 120lb dumbbells for 6. Dude, you are so fucking full of shit that it is pathetic. I never made that claim.

Twenties are prime, mid 30's to early 40's are not. I can't help you missed your prime, but let's not get into semantics any further, there are plenty of other instances we can

Bull:shit: I am OBVIOUSLY not into cheating lifts for one or two reps, for reasons I have CLEARLY stated. But you want to talk about how light my weights are......who's looking for shit to argue about? Check the mirror :nono:

Bolded part #1, I never said that at all, did I?

Bolded part #2, That is a lie right there. You say that I'm a liar unless I post a video now of me doing dumbbell flyes and dumbbell CURLS with 120lb dumbbells for 6 reps. That's BULLSHIT! From the very beginning I said what I was going to do, and you totally twisted that shit just to be a whiny little prick unless I do exactly as you ask right now. That's such a pile of shit, and you know it.

Bolded part #3: What exactly did you expose? How did you expose it? By making foolish claims about curling 120s for 6, you completely blew your own credibility, but your way of trying to muck up the issue is just to repeat over and over again that I'm a liar and you exposed me. Good job!

And here it is, you say I have to do, right now, what you want me to do, or you're gonna call me a fraud, a liar, and all that other stuff. If that isn't the height of childishness, then I don't know what is. Hell, if a person at your work or wherever says they can do something, do you call them a fraud and a liar unless they do it right then, right there? Of course not, you're just being a little bitch. I was trying to give you the benefit of the doubt, but since you keep yipping about how much I can do and trying to change it around by telling me I have to post a video NOW of me curling 120s for 6 reps, you're just being pathetic.

You don't want to show me up right now, oh well. So what do we have right now? A WHOLE bunch of talk from a midget no less  It's ok man, I see now little people never get over their complex no matter how :eek:ld: they get, or should I say YOUNG and prime

Pathetic. What did you prove and where did you prove it? Your only reply is to say you can't read all that? Of course you can't. It's at least 4 paragraphs, and that's gotta be really "heavy" reading for someone so weak.

I said I could definitely do it by the end of the year. You're the one who's saying it has to be done now in a video. You totally turned around and tried to change the original bet because you got teased...but you wouldn't have been teased if you didn't go out of your way to stir shit. You didn't want to discuss training or such; you just wanted to argue and stir shit, and then your fragile little ego was shattered when LOK and I laughed about the weakass poundages you use.

Buddy has conceded he cannot lift a whole bunch more than me right now on the exercises I do, it's all good  No more shit talking at least, because the next step would have to be to prove it.

Because you're the one whining and trying to change the original bet. Of course it's gonna be easy for you. You use light weights. I notice you didn't want to attempt any of the lifts I suggested, but you want me to start doing yours. If you want it, then I don't want you to weasel out by saying I didn't use the same form you use.

Of course I can, but I do basic lifts and you do isolation exercises, which, by the way, aren't very good at developing strength for a guy who supposedly wants to box at cruiserweight.

Now you're twisting like hell. If you read the original posts, you'll see I was talking about doing bench presses, deadlifts, and squats. I don't cheat in any of those, and I do sets of 6-15 reps. I said at the end of the year I would see what I could do for 1 in each of these. That's it!

You're just stung because you lift light weights, and you wanna call me a liar because I teased you on it. Too bad. :dunno:

So what happened to claiming 120 for 6 in the dumbbell curls. Who was lying there? And if you read back in my original posts, I said I could get 120 for 6 in dumbbell flyes no problem by the end of the year. Now YOU'RE the one trying to change it and say I have to do it now.

So who was lying about the dumbbell curls? :dunno:

Bench, power presses, squat, deadlift, chins. I said right from the beginning that I was doing these. You were the one saying you wanted a challenge and you wanted to bet whose workouts would be longer. Your words in this thread, not mine. Now you want to change it all around right now because you're feelings got hurt, and you want to call me a liar.

How old are you? HONESTLY? You sound like you're in your teens. You can't do chinups or any basic exercises, and yet you want to cap on this who can. You want to call me old or whatever. That's cool. By the same token, it's clear that the adage "Youth is wasted on the young" was never truer than in your case. I don't regret not focusing on my training for the past few years. Instead, I became a teacher, a university graduate, and a nationally-published policy analyst and researcher.

You want to compare resumés and talk about achievement. Let's see what you've done!
