    so defensive. chill out man. i prefaced the whole thing by labelling it a "speculatory exercise." i was just curious if anyone had any theories, or if anyone noticed a dramatic shift from one fight to the next in the degree of punishment margarito inflicted on his opponent.

    Can you blame me? The entire forum has gone stupid since the accusation was thrown out there. I sure as hell hope none of you get accused of something and wish for a fair trial, because people who judge others like this tend to fall back on help later in life when they need it.

    well i was purely speculating - just curious if anyone could name a couple fights where maybe he went 10 rounds and didnt cause much damage then his next fight he bruised someone up real bad. i can't name such an example from marg's career so i just threw it out there.

    you are representing the other extreme here tho - i have seen you detail almost every conceivable explanation except the possibility that margarito did something wrong.

    We've gone stupid? What about you? You're being overly defensive for Margarito. It's not like Shane fought Margarito and said, his gloves felt loaded. The trainer caught Margarito with an illegal substance in his glove. Margarito's camp never denied that the substance didn't exist, as Outlander pointed out, their excuse was simply that they pre-made the wraps.
